United Kingdom | 03 November 2017Awful service. Took my money, then 3 days later informed me item unavailable from Makita - this was a lie as I got the item from another supplier via Makita. Then kept my money for almost 2 weeks before finally refunding after I had to bomb their email account. They have no customer service phone line. Every email I received was from a different (made up) sender name. Their website guarantees everything on the site is in stock unless stated. This is another lie. Will not be shopping here again and have warned my friends to stay away.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2017I ordered a 50 110V extension reel and was sent a 25 metre extension reel. I have contacted the company on several occasions, both by phone and email. The sales department will communicate by phone but for refunds or returns I am told all communication must be by email, which is frustrating when they will not resolve the principle issue. I am still waiting for a refund for the difference between the amount I paid and the actual goods I received. It's now three weeks since I paid them for my original purchase and so far I have not received a refund.

Ireland | 24 October 2017AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY, they owe me € 620.47 I ordered a product, paid by visa, had to contact the company as there was no sign of it coming. They said it was out of stock, after me checking it was available before ordering. I asked for a refund and I keep getting the same rubbish, accounts dept are busy, we are making our way through a large volume of emails. They even answered a mail I sent mid day Friday, on a Sunday. I have contacted my Solicitor and my Visa provider and am currently putting together a case against them. KEEP CLEAR EDIT As requested, my order number is 612785, And as for a faster response, you have my emails, and are doing nothing but making excuses, it takes only minutes to refund my account. EDIT I received an email on 25.10.17 from toolnet, stating my refund was complete. I passed that on to my card provider, and they will update me when the funds are received. I look forward to never having to deal with toolnet ever again. Will update when my account shows payment received. UPDATE 27.10.2017 They refunded me, and true to form, they could not get it right, I am still down money due to this companies false advertising. AGAIN PEOPLE, KEEP CLEAR ***********************Email content sent to toolnet customer support***************** Once again you have proved just how determined you are to keep my money. You are more than aware that the amount I spent because of your false Advertising was €620.47, and you have only refunded me €582.08. The amount was spelled out for you in the Trust Pilot exchanges, And in my mails to you. I am also going to publish all the email correspondence I exchanged with you, Sussex Police, Your Internet Service Provider, and other bodies I have contacted in relation to your stealing my money. I am going to publish all of this on the internet forums so others will Know to have nothing to do with this company. I intend to leave no stone unturned. I just don’t know what to do about this company, and because of the distance It looks like they will just keep on doing nothing as long as no one brings them to task. United Kingdom | 23 October 2017this is the worst online retail i placed my order then got a email saying they wanted extra delivery charge which was excessive i cancelled the order which was accepted and said it would take up to 48 hours to process 7 days and several email later i kept getting the excuse that there accounts dept was busy and it would be deposited soon after 7 days i opened a case with pay pal who got my money back thank goodness i used pay pal for this transaction please do avoid this site
