United States | 30 April 2021What a joke of a company. I took a chance bacause of the prices. I should have listened to the reviews. Ordered online through the website $579. The first thing I noticed was my order history on the website. It said I had no orders even though I got a confirmation email and my card was charged. I called and called, no response. I emailed, no response. Then last Friday a woman answered the phone. Was pleasant and nice (con). Told me the order would ship the beginning of next week A week later still no ship so she lied. I asked if she had plenty of filon in stock because I needed more. Oh yes, yes we have plenty. If you have plenty then why 16 days no ship? If you look at the address of Google maps it's a nice building but looks empty and deserted. The parking lot is empty yet other half of shopping center packed with cars. My take is the business is on its way out and she is selling what she doesn't have. There are much better companies in the area to deal with. Buyer beware and don't be stupid like me. The negative reviews speak the truth. Thankfully I disputed the charged and got my money back

United States | 22 April 2021I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from RV Parts Nation. I have called a no less than five or six times and left messages. They charged my credit card the day I ordered it. I've sent emails first requesting help and then today to finally to cancel my order. Next step is BBB for sure!

United States | 15 April 2021Updated: I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau: Description of Complaint: I ordered a sorely needed heater from RV Parts Nation on 4/8/2021 (one week ago today) -- order #40---. There was no indication on the website that the part was out of stock. I have sent three emails and left one voicemail with the company asking why my order is still "Awaiting Fulfillment". No response. I am no longer able to even leave a voicemail due to "Sorry, but this mailbox is full" type messages. Two days after the order my credit card was charged for the full amount $455. So I know they are out there, taking money at least. I want a refund, but according to the website I must contact customer service to do so -- which as I mentioned is not responding. I am worried this is fraud. Desired Settlement: Refund ---- Update 4/16/2021 --- FWIW: They finally responded today (no explanation) and apparently have now refunded my order. Perhaps the BBB complaint and this TrustPilot review (both of which I sent them email links to) prodded them into action.

I was not in a hurry to get the item & would have been happy to wait with reasonable cost of shipping. Afterall, this item is a mere fraction of a pound in weight. In addition, instruction on how to install this item would have been appreciated.
