I waiter a reasonable time, then called told not open till Feb one. But to get fast action send a email I did that and no answer in over 48 hours ? This is pour response from a service company

Received my part I ordered today. Was very slow getting to me but I know that was not the company's fault. Part was just what I needed to do my repair to my RV. When and if I ever need parts I will come to you guys first.

Ordered a city water flange for my rv that had a brass check valve according to the item description. Received an all plastic item that looked nothing like the photo of the item listed. The photo online led me to believe that I was getting a brass city water flange inlet with 3/4" MIP connection item code# 16085A26CC.

This touch screen thermostat is just as worthless as the one I threw away. Do you not have a manual analog thermostat that works with my with a simple slide of a switch??

The product arrived looking perfectly packaged. No damage to the packaging. But, when we took it out of the box, there was a 1” long crack in the fiberglass. I emailed and called but still waiting for a response.

Today Dec 8th and dealing with no phone calls not answered. No replies to emails. No credit for items which were canceled. No tracking number for order and items never received. Placed order 11/28
