It's been 5 days and RV Parts Nation has not sent a shipment confirmation. I ordered a very common part, a door latch assembly. Surely they should have had this in stock and should have shipped by now. I could have bought in locally 5 days ago, but thought I'd save a few bucks and give this company some business. Now I'm starting to regret it.

After one week no shipping confirmation and no response from customer service about order status. Do I cancel and order from someone else? !!!!!

Every thing went well response was prompt service good. Now i wait to see if part arrives on time as promised. If it does everything was good.

The handles were much better quality than similar handles from different sellers, which were prone to breaking. Looking forward to a long-lasting handle!

Did not receive purchased item, no shipping date, tracking number, not sure if or when purchase will arrive.

I ordered a propane stove on 10-26-2018. On 11-5-2018 I requested the status of my order. The only response was that "they would get back to me as soon as they can". It is now 11-8-2018 and they haven't found time to get back to me. I have not received my order nor a simple response. If this is the way they do business, I would recommend you find someone else to supply your RV Parts, I know I will.

FUBARed Order Order Placed 9/27/18 (Trim vinyl, screws, rubber roof kit) Trim vinyl and screws received in short order Called 10/22 to find out where the rest of my order is, RV Nation side the vinyl shipment from manufacture was damaged and had problems getting a replacement. Rubber Roof Kit shipped 10/23/18 and arrived 10/25/18 Too bad for me, I guess, I live in Pennsylvania and it was too cold to put the roof on now outside. No discount given for the botched order. I don't have a garage big enough for my camper nor do I have access to a heated space (warehouse) like RV Nation. I would have been Good Customer Service to notify me of the delayed shipment. I have no idea when I can fix my camper roof now and I need to use it in February 2019!

Okay the girl I spoke with “Tracy” was great but from there on everything got screwed up. They ordered my fireplace twice and then I got one of them canceled but still haven’t recurved the other one or any info about it ever coming. I got charged to My bank the money taken out now I am the one who has to wait to get it Refunded and I still can’t find an order in my acct. order #33144

I was sent the wrong product. After four calls I have not had one return call.

Good stuff though there was a small star fracture in the bright white finish of the filon siding.

The parts were what I was expecting. Very responsive.

The motor works great. It has twice the power (amperage) of the original. You may want to include that in the website listing. Quick delivery. Great price. What's not to like?

very bad because 6 days ago I bought two tanks of water and even I do not have the information of when will it arrive at my house or where do the tanks come. Order 33066
