I ordered a 6 gallon water heater for my camper. Based off of the part number of my old water heater and the part number/picture/description listed on their website I know I ordered the correct item a gas/electric water heater. The unit was delivered in a fast timely manner - but that is the only good thing I have to say. What I received was a gas only water heater. No hookup on unit to tie into electricity on my camper and no on and off switch on the water heater itself. The on and off switch is not to be confused with the switch on the camper itself. My wife reached out to the company and was lucky enough to have a female worker answer the phone. She told my wife the unit was drop shipped from the manufacturer. She requested pictures of the unit which I immediately sent. Its been two weeks and still no answer or response to my email. This is my experience only. Had I known about all of the bad reviews I would not have ordered from this company. My advise....Do not use this company.

It has been nearly 2 weeks since I ordered a simple item. I have heard nothing from RV Parts Nation despite sending customer service a email and leaving a voicemail requesting a status update. Nothing but the sound of crickets coming from RV Parts Nation. I would not order from them again and I would urge any readers of this review to carefully consider whether to use them or find a more responsive vendor.

If I could do 0 stars I would. No communication period. Had to request my credit card company to refund my money.

Order water heater Feb 25 and hasn't been shipped yet here it is March 10 and still not shipped do not recommend this place at all Nail its March 18 still not shipped can't get them to respond to emails or phone calls I guess I just lost $375

I have been waiting for my product for 2 weeks now and it still shows a status of awaiting shipment. you would think since I paid the shipping, it would have been sent already. At this point I don't think I will refer you to my RV guy who also needs a furnace for others. I am quite disappointed
