I ordered an item that was on your free shipping list, but I was charged shipping, I wrote 3 times an even sent a picture picture of the item with a blue banner across it that said free shipping, which was denied

It has been 10 days since I ordered. I have not received my converter. The status said it has not been shipped but my credit card was charged for it. I would either like my converter or my money returned to my credit card! I would like a response immediately as I can not get anyone to answer when calling.

It has only been 5 days from my order date, and 3 days from 'they have my money'. But if my furnace would ship I would be more stars. :)

recieved quickly ! beat my wholesale pricing from ntp by over 125.00 did have broken front cover but niether boxes showed any damage . got new 1 coming from ntp with freight is 21.00$ don't care , will be in and running sat. bench tested as soon as out of box , fired and ran just fine . I am happy with this purchase and will be using rv parts nation more in the future as is obviously in my customers best interest as is anything we can do to save them $ !

Trina was very pleasant to talk to on the phone and answered all my questions, which where a lot. She also put me on the phone with another employees who’s name I cannot recall, who helped me come up with a plan of installation of Filon on my sidewalls of my RV. They are very knowledgeable and they have the best prices in town. Very pleased to deal with them.

Went on line for an escape hatch. Went to you website and watched the very cute video ! Decided to call and order it . Three weeks after the order was placed they cancelled the order. They did refund the total amount paid.

I ordered the wrong size shade. They called to question if I wanted 6 inches by 5 1/2 inches. Noooo! 6 ft by 5 1/2 feet. Very nice & understanding. Took care of the problem thank goodness!

It's been over a week and I can't find out where my order is. All I get is that it's "Awaiting Shipment".
