My email query to Paul Sanders concerned the cut back of bushes and some maintenance in keeping our housing development clean and tidy. Paul replied to my email query in good time and he understood my query very well. He said he'll get the contractor out promptly and the contractor did come out to the site promptly and did the necessary maintenance jobs that were asked. Very good communicative skills from Paul to my query, it was a pleasure to have my query handled by him.

I reported a leaking roof and Carrie Borthwick was excellent and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. Excellent approach and really appreciated. Thank you

Having read other reviews, we must be very unlucky at our development which has been managed by Charles White (Edinburgh ) for many years. I’ve been in my flat for 12 years. We have had several changes of client relationship managers in the last year. We have been waiting 4 years for our outside paintworks to be done, 2 years to have our carpet cleaned and a job to remove rotting pergolas wasn’t completed but company was paid. With every phone call promises are made but never kept. Return calls never happen. I had to change four lightbulbs myself as we had waited over two weeks to have it done. Definitely not happy with the service we are getting.

First time living on a managed site and really enjoyed last 5 years in beautiful development. Barbara who recently was given responsibility looking after us has been very informative and appears to have the energy and vision of retaining good kerb appeal/high standard on site. Keep up the good work and everyone else at Charles White.

I have been living in a building where Charles White is the factor for over 2 and a half years now. The account managers reply quickly to our concerns and keep up to date with anything important. We have been having issues with our garage door and we have had tons of support from Robyn helping us get it sorted. I can't really complain much about what we get for what we pay.
