Strengths - Paul Sanders is always very responsive, helpful and professional. - Range and standard of services offered. - Fantastic app showing development news, info and invoices. Areas for improvement - Although any issues are acknowledged promptly and professionally, resolution of issues (both minor and substantial) has in the past taken far too long. - App could be improved to allow reporting and tracking of development issues to allow for increased transparency and accountability.

As a subcontractor for many months now for Charles white, and I have dealing’s with Paul sanders and Emma Morrow, and I find them very helpful with any issues i bring to them about the planed maintenance on the developments they manage.

Never buy property in a factored development unless you are willing to pay another landlords debt. In spite of paying my own fees now being stung for my share because someone else didn't and the legal fees to recover this debt. Also, if you are buying check there is no outstanding debt or that debt passes to you. Not just CW who do this . Its an absolute disgrace I don't think many people know this. Thanks for your reply. You might be legally correct but it is morally wrong. This is a business risk to you that you get to pass on to us. I am also just warning others as this is not widely known

Having had numerous property managers on our development over the years some good some not so good I have been delighted with the way things have improved since Carrie Borthwick and Pamela Moreton were assigned to our development from October 2022. We had a residents meeting on 27th April which was very informative and well organised. When contacting either Carrie or Pamela by phone or email I normally have a response within a day unlike in the past. Lots of jobs which have been outstanding have now been completed.

Having chatted with Carrie, in the morning, she was very open and helpful and overall very pleasant to talk with. Although she didn’t know the answer to all of my questions on the spot, she left the call and clearly followed up with each of my queries such that she emailed me back with responses later the same day!

When I phoned the company they answered any of my questions. When Carrie said she would confirm something and get back to me. That’s exactly what she did. Great customer service

Absolutely horrible to deal with getting charge 1/4 for virtual no work being done. Now getting hammered for people to have not paid and Ives out the street charging everyone on the street due to their lack of transparency. Why should the residents fit the bill have Charles white lack of getting money

The service we have had from our development manager Robin Rae has been extremely helpful and very professional. Nothing is to much bother she really goes above and beyond.

Since moving into a new flat in January I have been in touch with my property manager Robyn Rae several times, mainly regarding setup of my account, payment of fees, and more recently the budget for the year ahead. Robyn has always replied quickly and been very polite, as well as answering any questions I have had. Although I am yet to request any repairs myself, which will probably be the litmus test, my interactions with Robyn so far make me believe the budget and block management is in good hands. This is a pleasant relief, as I had not heard good things about CW before moving in, and indeed older reviews on this site are far from positive. It seems that things may have turned a corner.

Recently there had been a number of times that I have had to get in touch with my property manager Steven Anderson to request advice and repair work. When this is a result of something that is totally out of your control it is very stressful and Steven always responds quickly and gets on with whatever follow up is necessary in a calm and professional manner. I would highly recommend him and would like to say thank you for all that he does.

Guada was very helpful when I had an urgent request for information. To my surprise, she was able to provide me with the information on the same day. which has relieved so much stress for me. I truly appreciate her quick response and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me.

We are delighted with our new Property Manager, Maria Beattie. She is professional, personable and proactive, dealing with any issue quickly and efficiently. It's very reassuring to know we are in such good hands.
