The lady Kelly whom I have had recent dealings with because of some issues has been absolutely superb. I have found her to be very supportive, friendly, professional , and very easy to communicate with. Mainly my correspondence has been via email, and I have spoken with her one time on the telephone. Dealing with the Edinburgh branch. I have had a query on my invoice from May 2022 and can get no one to reply to emails or phone calls to address the issue. Constantly receiving emails about overdue account and massive charges now being added and threatened with debt collection. Absolute nightmare to deal with.
