The enrollment was fairly easy to complete. I find it odd that there were no options to put in an emergency contact and naming a beneficiary. My policy number is not in the World Nomads website when I log in.

Very easy onlineprocess. Nice explanation of covered events so I knew which plan to purchase. Timely provision of certification of coverage.

I have been using them for a number of years. The process is easy and it is reasonably priced. Fortunately I have never had a claim, so can't comment on that.

The whole claim process itself was easy and very user friendly to handle online and when I called I spoke to people who offered valuable assistance. I would choose Tripmate/Nomads Travel Insurance again.

Used World Nomads previously, seamless experience. This time I did not receive my policy, nor a policy number, nor a paid receipt for over a month. I asked a question prior to paying; it took over a week to get an email response, very slow. I sent the email more than once. Last week I sent two more emails looking for my policy, then called for help. Computer problem, could not pull up policy. Called again on Monday, girl said she would send it - no polilcy. Called yet again, someone told me how to look it up. By now policy needs an update. Cancelled original and bought a new plan, no problem this time.

Very simple to sign up, Easy and intuitive process. This is the first time I’ve used World Nomads and I plan to use them again. Hopefully if I ever need to file a claim that process will be just as smooth.

Easy to set up, for the most part, and comparable prices to other companies. I tried off-and-on all night to enter my phone number and it wouldn't accept the format (that matched the example). I finally tried on another computer the next day and could register. Not sure if that was a computer issue or a website issue.

World Nomads is my first choice always for adventures. They are really of great help and always there for you. I have never asked for immediate help and didn’t get it.

Your website makes grand claims of coverage with a quote. In reality, a buyer isn’t going to get ANYTHING CLOSE to the advertised coverage. Quote the real coverage! Its easily in the realm of technology.

Very quick and easy to set up insurance for my travel across four countries.

I’ve used World Nomads for travel insurance 3 times now I believe. I used it the first time I travelled to South Africa because I was cage diving with great white sharks, horse back riding and hiking. World Nomads online packages are easy to purchase. I have spoken with them a couple times on the phone and they are very professional and very courteous. I will definitely buy travel insurance from them again.

After searching for travel insurance Travel Nomands had a very quick process and have followed up by email. I was already at my holiday destination so this was reassuring.

Mislead by sales staff after explaining we are sailors who are circumnavigating. One I read the fine print, the insurance is only valid for 45 days per trip. Please cancel these policies as I have requested by email.

Easy to get a policy - and very quick
