World Nomads used information from the Follow the Camino website to know we were buying trip insurance for the Camino. On the downside, they asked for a lot of the same info we had already given to Follow the Camino (dates of travel, name, age, etc) but their form was easy to fill and the quote came by email very quickly. Their price was very competitive; although, the "cancel for any reason" coverage included with the policy and their final upsell to buy additional "cancel for any reason" coverage was opaque and confusing. But overall an easy purchase and competitive price.

The company has a few options to choose from and clear information about each policy. My only issue is the policy is not sent to me after i make my purchase. I had to login to download a copy of my policy.

It was easy to do the insurance proces. All digital and quick. But i think it is a bit too early to write a review. Our trip and insurance period isn't even started yet. So what can i tell, with no experiance so far.

The company gives the idea that it covers most of things, but even with the most expensive formula (explorer), I found out that it does not! In my case I rented a small van (as big as some regular cars on the market, but with just the bedding possibility) , that had a very minor damage during my renting period, and World Nomads said that only "cars" are covered. Well Worlds Nomads lost a customer for my future trips. I recommend avoiding Worlds Nomads.
