I've just landed back from Italy, realised we were very low on oil (fumes!!!), and thanks to Stacy, we are getting a delivery, so we don't freeze (arrrgh), I don't know why I am surpised that you've saved our lives, we always get excellent service from Tates (especially from Stacey who we tend to deal with most of the time)..., who needs other oil companies, NOT US!!!!

Tate Oil are amazing. I've just checked my oil and realised I was running on fumes. I called Tate Oil and they said they could deliver within a week, which isn't bad but not soon enough given my situation. I explained this to Sam (not sure of surname but top Irish accent) who promised to go and see if anything could be done. He then called me back as promised with a next day delivery slot. Absolutely brilliant and very much appreciated.

I have been totally happy with Tate Oil and all those with whom I talk, currently Stacey. I’ve been a substantial purchaser, always loyal to Tate’s, and representing 25+ locals. I have no intention of changing to a different supplier; loyalty is important to me as is the ability to speak to somebody.

Stacey is very proactive, which is very good for a busy person like me, she always asks how we are fixed for fuel and she keeps very good diary appointments so I have a reminder when I need them

Tate are a great company delivering a really good service for their customers, I recently had an urgent need for domestic heating oil and when I called Tate's helpline, Stacey was so helpful and ensured I received a next day delivery which meant I didnt have to spend time and money searching elsewhere. This is partly a complaint about Tate and partly Boilerjuice. Ordered fuel through Boilerjuice and was led to believe it had been delivered. On 30th December my boiler stops working as tank is dry. After several conversations with Boilerjuice, no one is any the wiser where the fuel was delivered and neither Tate nor Boilerjuice want to accept any responsibility for the non-delivery or subsequent additional costs to me to have an emergency delivery and getting an engineer out to bleed the system. If anything they are trying to blame me and hide behind a web of lies from the driver concerned. Moral of story is don't use Boilerjuice or Tate

This company is customer focused, very responsive and helpful in particular during emergencies such as waking up to find your tank is on empty between Xmas and New Years Day. We now have a plan agreed to minimise this risk. You can trust them to deliver in a timely manner and the drivers are friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

Since moving house and now using oil for the first time in my life, I contacted Tate Oil in Otley, who are the most local to where I live. I am delighted to say my experience of them is second to none in terms of suppliers, even for my modest size of order and I have a dedicated member of their team and always place my order with Rhett.
