Very rude a tall bold man with a faul mouth who was very abusive to my mother swearing and cursing all because she would not let him use the toilet what a disgrace to the company should be sacked for making my mother feel insecure and intimidating her.

We had a boiler inspection and service from Tate Heat and as a result needed a part. The engineer showed us photographs of the fault (it was very difficult to get to) and promised to do his utmost to find a replacement part as it was no longer made. Within a couple of weeks he'd scoured the country and tracked one down. Brilliant service from a knowledgeable, experienced service engineer. Definitely a trusted company.

Having difficulty with a resupply of fuel, I spoke with Stacey today who was brilliantly helpful and tried her best to offer the solutions we were looking for. A credit to her employers.

I'm a new customer to Tate Oil after my last supplier fell short on customer service. I have to say my first experience was extremely positive. I placed my order directly through their website and got a better price than my last supplier offered. It was also significantly cheaper than going through Boilerjuice. The delivery was well within the order timescale with a courtesy text the day before. The driver was polite and answered all my questions in preparation for my next order. Based on this I'd recommend Tale Oil to anyone looking for a better deal or even if like me just unhappy with the attitude of their current supplier!

Super customer service from Marcus at the Tate Oil Otley office: he went a long way to get a tanker passing by our village and space on it for my oil in hours after I ran out. Definitely recommend this company for customer service.

Tate have always been accommodating and have delivered on the day that they have booked us in for a delivery and delivered without any issues . The only thing that I prefer is to be informed of the price per litre to be automatically quoted rather than having to request it due to the price creeping up when first being supplied by them .

Sara is our account manager and i couldnt be more pleased with her service. Fast reply and always tries her best to get our deliveries out as soon as she can.

The service from Stacey and Steph is excellent, the wagon drivers that they send are extremely helpful and the deliveries are always on time. I recommend Tate Oils for fuel oils and lubricants

I actually called to close my account as I was annoyed that I had run out of oil. I spoke with Josh who was keen to find me a solution. He managed to sort me out a next day delivery and increased the frequency of my deliveries. He was professional, enthusiastic and solutions focused. He has turned a negative into a real positive. When we needed fuel fast for an emergency job , we tried many companies that advertised a fast service only one company truly stood out and that was Tate Oil. Carl was a real hero in managing the order to ensure the fuel arrived on time at the correct place with the minimum of fuss.
