We use Tate Oils a lot and have always had a 1st class service. Always on time and price very competitive. Carl Timms always very professional and helpful. Has also helped us out for an emergency delivery too. Would highly recommend this company as a go to for fuels.

We have used Tate Oils for a good few years now and have never gone anywhere else. The service is second to none and our account manager Carl Timmins goes above and beyond to make sure our requirements are met. Its very important to have a good relationship with your suppliers and customers and Carl does exactly that. If my account manager is away then then who ever answers the phone is also just as professional and friendly which makes a buyers life so much easier!

Order from Tate's Oil every month and never had a bad experience. Tamsyn is always polite and helps out as much as possible. Drivers are always punctual and couldn't ask for a better service.

Unfortunately this company accidentally damaged my feed pipe when delivering oil. This accident caused oil to leak into the surrounding ground for some time before being noticed. This in itself is an understandable accident. What is unacceptable is their response to being asked to repair the damage. They denied any responsibility and would not do anything to correct the issue. I will never use this company again.........

We ordered through oil club and it was designated for Tate oil to deliver our domestic fuel. They did not come as it was snowing and did call to inform us that they would not be attending due to the snow. However, the message that they left was that they will let us know when they would be coming. The next day we got woken up at 8am in the morning. Scrambled out of bed only for the driver to advise that he could not deliver the fuel to us as we had 2 cars on the driveway which he said was blocking access. The problem was that Tate oil had delivered to us previously and as recent as December 2020 ! We have always had cars on the drive and never had any problems with the delivery of our domestic fuel for the last 15 years I was here! We had to cancel the order but as we were Low on fuel had to order an express batch from somewhere else who surprisingly did not even ring our doorbell for them to deliver the fuel. We only found that the fuel was delivered by this other supplier when we saw the invoice in our letterbox. All in all awful service awkward driver !! There’s just got to be that one. Extremely disappointed as this left us quite abit out of pocket as well.

REMEMBERTHE 2M RULE When I ordered I explained we were low on oil, was told 31st Boiler juice who we always use said 30th online the man said we will load it on now for Thursday so I stupidly agreed to order! Why did I do this order🤬😡 They never turned up never text/rang so I had to ring then Saturday morning to be told Monday and I still wasnt given a reason??? So I went online ordered off Boiler Juice who are coming Tuesday and will arrive Tuesday like they have arrived every delivery for the last 9 years! If you need oil on time use Boiler Juice!!!
