I have just placed my first order for oil with Tate Oil and the service received from Kieran was excellent, he made the whole process so easy and straightforward. He was very helpful and explained the process clearly and was very polite and friendly. Thanks very much to Tate Oil and especially Kieran for such brilliant customer service.

After the delivery of our heating oil this morning, I needed to call Tate Oil to sort an administrative issue and spoke to Matty. I found him extremely helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly, Great customer service.

when prices rocketed! i phoned up for my usual delevery as i was with them for years i was told they could not supply me any for at least 2weeks and bill would be sround 1200.00 and that in 2 weeks it could be even more . i explained i had 2 babys in hous cooked on oil aga hot water on oil heating on oil they said they could not help i phoned crown oil explained circumstances and they delivered oli to me by end of week at 200.00 less . loyalty?

Stacey was very helpful and gave us a great price. She always rings back when she says and goes the extra mile when obtaining the best price. Although she is very loud. Deliveries are always on time and nothing is too much trouble for the driver filling 2 tanks etc

Absolutely fantastic service from tate oil.. we had run out of oil and they swapped things about delivery wise do we could get some oil ASAP...and they even offered to send an engineer free if the boiler wasn't working; as it was probably air locked .. I cannot thank this company enough! We've used tate oil for years and they've been brilliant.. I cannot praise and thank them enough!

My go to company for all my fuel needs. I have ordered from Tate Oil with my previous employer and still continue to use them within my new employment. The customer service is fantastic, I have always dealt with Stacey Cousins, who has always been there for us as a business, always going the extra mile and she always offers competitve if not cheaper prices. Very highly reccomended.

Superb response. Having been shafted by Boiler Juice, Tate oil came to the rescue and scheduled a delivery for me. I'm really thankful as the situation was getting desperate.

Tom, in the Tate Oil office, was very helpful when we needed oil in a hurry. The required delivery arrived early the following morning. Even sooner that we had anticipated. Thank you Tom.

I have no complaints, the deliveries have always arrived on the specified date, and the drivers have always managed to get to the tank to fill whether I have been there or not. I also found the cold calling when the prices were low very helpful.

Following my last review in December I feel another one needs leaving as I complained regarding what had happened to me and my disabled family only to receive a very patronising response from the managing director insulting my intelligence and offering no resolution what so ever. You were meant to have delivered 500l of oil on the 27th October you which you didn’t do!!! You claim to have delivered the previous delivery in February 2021 which is absolute rubbish as my delivery came from Northern Energy not you and I know that as I have the receipt here! So you steal my money (£300) you pretend to help to not help at all and then your managing director thinks they can insult me further, well I was giving you the benefit of the doubt to resolve which you haven’t done so now I will go to Trading Standards!!

Promised a delivery 2-4 Feb, didn’t arrive until 7th. Explained in detail why we needed a smaller tanker and they sent large one. Driver struggled to get his hose to reach our tank but luckily managed it. Then I found out I could have got a cheaper price elsewhere!

Check prices , cheaper on fuel tool than buying direct ??? Re your reply . It should be cheeper to come direct to you , not through a website that charges you commission. I was told it would cost me more if I phoned you to place my order instead of using your website ! You do yourself no favours , it leaves a bad taste to find I can get the same oil from you elsewhere cheaper , that why I went and would recommend your competitors in future.
