The doctors were very professional and explained everything step-by-step. Post-op care was also excellent. They provided detailed instructions and followed up with me to make sure everything was healing well. I'm really happy with the results so far. My hair is starting to come in, and it looks great! Clinic fulfilled all my requirements. Since the day of arrival mr Mehmet the driver was there to accompany me to the hotel, hotel staff extra friendly and attientive. Medical team did an amazing job 5* well deserved on top. And also a big thank to isa the driver always careful to provide best transfers. Thank you guys 😊

Ciao vengo dalla Sicilia e ho fatto il trapianto proprio ieri a Tirana in albania, clinica molto bella e pulita, serietà del personale e professionalità nei dottori, non potevo trovare di meglio, oltre che a Marvina nonché l assistente che mi ha accompagnato passo per passo ad eseguire questo trapianto! Consiglio questa clinica nel frattempo aspetto i risultati 😜🤞

I took a flight from Boston MA I was conflicted on the plane ride, but surprisingly the plane ride was smooth I was fed well and all I did was sleep when I got to turkey I was picked up from the airport but your driver was greeted very nicely they bring you to the hotel check you in hotel was beautiful. The best part was dealing with. Estemoons staff you can tell they truly love what they do. I did a sedation anesthesia and I felt close to nothing absolutely painless. Also, I’ve had many questions since my surgery. It’s been over two weeks.and xhovana has been very pleasant on WhatsApp She’s been answering all my questions very happy with my experience, and I will be sure to refer. Estemoon. Personal experience with Estemoon in turkey, the clinic is a very clean and people professional, from the moment I met the representative (Sinan) outside the airport to the hotel then to the clinic you wouldn't feel you left home, very friendly and warm welcoming also honest about the charges, didn't feel any sales pushing however you are investing in your hair so be prepared to pay little Extra for the piece of mind, ask as many questions before you go and they always have the answer, the price you are quoted is basic price but you can go with it if you want and still get good experience, I would like to thank everyone from the translator to the person who washed my first hair wash and Dr Jan and his team brilliant people ( hope I got names right 🤣), Zineb my case handler was amazing and still in contact for post operation advice, I read some feedback about hotel not being 5 stars 🤩 honestly you wouldn't live there you would only use it for few hours however at all concerns Hotel was very good and Hamza from golden Way hotel was brilliant he gave a bag of breakfast every morning as pick up was so early ☺️ Don't be put off by some reviews it is in your hand how to make your experience the best Thank you everyone pleasant experience 😌

Great place for your hair transplant procedure. The communication with the staffs was great! My consultant Migena did a very good job. She was following up with me through out the whole process. The only thing that didn’t go well with me is the actual procedure is kinda painful to me it triggered my blood pressure so much. So Please if you do have an underlying medical condition prior to this procedure please consult with your medical practitioner back home before embarking on this. But overall everything went well as planned. Also come with some extra money too because you will be charged for some extra stuff. I’m waiting and hoping for the best result. I will also come and update the progress.

Muy contento con mi transplante de pelo.. La clínica muy bien, pero sobre todo el trato de Bora, mi asistenta que continúa siguiéndome en mi curación y me resuelve cualquier duda tenga ! Muy recomendable

Don't trust this people,all agent work on commission bases there is no any Este moon clinic agents will take you to private hospital for transplant and will ask for you extra money 200 or 300£ money,I have a bad experience with xhovane make sure you confirm everything before going there.u cannot see any doctor at all

Estemoon definitely exceed my expectations. Since the very beginnings until the end they were very caring, supportive and informative. The hair transplant specialist were very knowledgeable and professionals. The lady that I contacted the very first time, her name is Bruna, and, she coordinated everything with high level of professionalism, even during her days off, she always responded to my doubts and questions with love and patience. The drivers also provided such a great services. For my experience I give them 10 out 10.
