The clinic exists ;). There is nothing to fear. I'm a week after the procedure. My guardian was Xhovana. Helpful and fully available. Nice. She always responded and helped. The clinic's offer is fully consistent with the arrangements. They will provide everything they offer. Immediate transfer, great hotel, treatment - positive experience. There is nothing to worry about, i.e. initial payment or sanitary conditions. During the procedure, an interpreter visits you and encourages you ;). Due to anesthesia, the amount of water is limited. After the treatment, a muffin, a sugar boost juice and lunch. Lunch after the procedure is offered, but I guarantee you won't eat it - you lack strength and will. Very high level of service, painless procedure.

J'ai récemment fait l'expérience d'une clinique peu scrupuleuse à l'égard de ses patients, non seulement en ce qui concerne leur traitement, mais aussi quant à l'hébergement qui leur est proposé. De surcroît, cette clinique se distingue en exigeant un paiement avant toute réservation, une pratique peu commune dans le domaine médical. Après avoir succombé à leurs pressions, j'ai versé 100 euros pour bénéficier d'un prétendu tarif avantageux. Cependant, il s'est avéré que c'était simplement un moyen de nous piéger. Malheureusement, j'ai réagi trop tardivement en consultant les avis sur Trustpilot après avoir effectué le paiement. Confronté aux critiques, j'ai contacté la clinique qui a catégoriquement nié les allégations. Dans l'espoir de prolonger mon séjour, j'ai demandé le nom de l'hôtel prévu, mais en consultant les avis sur TripAdvisor, j'ai été confronté à une réalité bien différente. Malgré cela, la réponse de la clinique fut évasive : « C'est proche de la clinique, c'est tout ce qui compte pour nous ». Face à leur refus d'entendre raison et à leurs réponses désinvoltes telles que « Vous n'avez qu'à choisir un autre hôtel » ou « Les patients ne se plaignent jamais », j'ai préféré renoncer à mon acompte et me tourner vers une clinique plus réputée, telle que Clinicana, qui figure parmi les dix meilleures cliniques d'implantation capillaire.

Premetto che l'intervento non è una passeggiata, è un vero e proprio intervento che dura dalle 6 alle 8 ore, detto ciò posso affermare: dottori bravissimi, anestesista doc, personale garbato ed educato e per ultima ma non ultima il mio tutor la sig.ra Xhovana, brillante e sempre pronta, mi ha assisto dalla prenotazione a dopo l'intervento con una puntualità unica, brava, anzi, bravi. C'è anche un punto negativo da evidenziare, l'albergo si bello, la colazione no, ed è un peccato...

Esperienza assolutamente più che positiva in tutto. Dall inizio Marvina con il consultoe,fino alla fine dell intervento sono stato seguito in modo molto confortevole rilassando senza problemi. Buongiorno,ho fatto il trapianto di capelli e sopracciglia qualche giorno fa in questa clinica. Ovviamente devo aspettare un po’ per i risultati ma è andato tutto bene. Sono molto organizzati nei trasporti . Ero un po’ scettico nel farlo ma alla fine ho deciso grazie anche a Xhovana che per mesi e mesi mi ha sempre rassicurato e consigliato su tutti i miei dubbi. I am one week out of a hair transplant. I had Mimoza as my translator and she was amazing from start to finish. Although everything happens so fast when you arrive it’s a smooth journey. We arrived at the airport and Mimoza was very helpful and assisting us to our driver. She had our hotel booked and ready to go. All we had to do was show the hotel front desk our passport and they gave me my room key. As I arrived to the clinic for my actual procedure, she started off in the room with me while they were drawing my hairline and being fully communicative on what my needs were and ask were. She constantly checked up on me throughout my procedure to see if I had any questions, or if I was uncomfortable at any time she was truly amazing at making sure my needs were met. Thank you so much Mimoza! I am excited to see the final results.

La mia esperienza in merito al mio trapianto e’ stata positiva,ovviamente aspetto il periodo della ricrescita,ma per il resto,posso dire che la clinica è bene organizzata insieme a tutta l’equipe!io ho scelto questa clinica grazie alla consulente Mirvana che mi ha messo nella condizione di poter fare il trapianto in quanto ero scettico.
