Everything was terrible the whole way through. Shambolic service throughout tenancy - fixes needed to flat took weeks and/or were not completed - and awful experience trying to get deposit back. Avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could

My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare, I was tenant in 2 different flats over 5 years and their appalling customer service, negligence, and lack of responsibility left both residents and property owners in difficult situations. Problems include: - Major Safety Concerns: They failed to secure our building properly or check fire alarms. After an attempted burglary, it took over a week for the building to be made secure. The never fixed anything quickly and you have to chase them for a response on everything. Our flats set of maintenance keys were regularly left in the communal hallway, open and easily accessible to anyone passing. The agent said it was “easier to leave keys on site to avoid them having to visit”. When the fire alarm went off in the unoccupied flat next door they told me to ignore it and refused to investigate. They won’t take any action until you repeatedly provide proof that it's not your responsibility. Our building’s roof leaked and they left it so long mould formed throughout building, apparently the landlord was unaware. A water pipe burst and flooded our kitchen, leaving me without water and heating. I had to turn off the water supply and stay with a friend for 5 days while waiting for repairs. Despite this, they still asked for full rent and refused compensation due to my lack of a hotel receipt. They offered no advice or notice that I’d need receipts - document everything and keep receipts! After a 2 year lease, they forced me to renew my tenancy or move out before well before the typical two-month notice period. They also failed to pass on my requests to the landlord, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues in time. At the end of my lease, they added extortionate charges, and their inspection and inventory was subpar and inaccurate. I faced constant issues with this letting agent. They were unprofessional, negligent, and irresponsible. Their staff are not competent to manage your property—avoid, it will only cause you frustration, stress, and financial loss.

Out property manager Rosita was very helpful. We had some issues when we first saw an apartments. Rosita instantly started to do something to fix them. Overall, a very good experience.

My Reliable Partner Special thanks go to Leilani Drummey and James Handley for both excellent services and patience to deal with claim of utilities from last tenant which was the fault caused by the late notification from the building management company. This is a very hard journey but they are showing strong professionalism to follow up and get it resolved. Thanks.
