My experience with Life Residential has been great all along. My property manager Claudia Nicholls has been wonderful to deal with for the past few years that she has been managing my unit. Will recommend.

I had a great experience with Life Residential. My property manager Ilinca Ioanovici has been so helpful during my entire stay. She is patient, always responds fast and solves everything efficiently. My account manager Smruti Patel has also been very helpful and resolved any issues I’ve had. It’s nice to work with professional people who do the best they can to help you. Can definitively recommed, 10/10!

Completely unprofessional. After agreeing the deposit return amount and waiting for 14 working days in which they never communicated anything with us we had to send an email practically threatening them to take action if this is not resolved. Following that, a new representative contacted asking initially, until "early next week" whatever that means, saying that they had other commitments and had to thoroughly review our case. Following further email from us, he asked for 48hr starting Monday 12 June 2023, with no indication about when the money will be returned. It was also claimed that even if we put in a complaint, the same person would handle the complaint which is ludicrous to say the least. We also had a quite rude call, basically saying that any other option we had would only increase the time it would take us to recover our money. We are currently pursuing all avenues, however this is a total waste of time generate by Life being completely unprofessional with their staff handover, and this is quite a favourable opinion based on how we are being treated.

Such a rubbish company. Reported water leak since we moved in from March. Now its June and no action taken at all. Reply lying that a senior manager are contacting us to fix the issue but actually no one contacting at all.

Always impressed by LiFE Residential! Darcey Nicholls (Property Manager) conducted my annual property inspection today. She was helpful, reassuring and professional throughout and took the time to note down several points I raised that needed addressing, summarising them for me before they go to the landlord. I really feel looked after by LiFE Residential in this property!

Life residential doesn't return deposit. It took long months to agree on deductions and even after all was agreed they didn't return the entire amount and manager stopped responding to emails or phone calls.

We moved to London from Hong Kong and were looking somewhere to stay near Canary Wharf. Harry from Life Residential was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. He took diligent notes on our specific needs and budget requirements and was responsive on email and WhatsApp (outside office hours) for any questions we had. He was also attentive and upfront on what to expect when renting first time in London. It was a pleasant experience working with Harry and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to rent in South Quay.

If you are possible future tenant, run from them as far as you can and never ever rent any property serviced by them. They ignore lots of stuff you ask them to fix, the ignore other requests even when they are becoming health affecting. They only protect landlords and you are only a money bag for them. Special 'thanks' to Olyvia Saunders. The worst property manager ever, first promises to tackle things next week and goes to vacation that week. Only replies to whatever she feels like replying. We couldn't use our main room for the whole winter because she wasn't contacting contractors to fix the balcony door, no fixes for broken door in the kitchen (promises and no action as always), makes us pay for cleaning with scripted answers even though when we moved into the property it was dirty and we notified her in the first days of the tenancy about it multiple times.

We just check in the property a week ago the viewing person Kareem promised about the small work left which is bed room curtains and drawers handles to be fixed before we check in. After we check in we find out the leak in the kitchen sink which is so smelly and there was mould in that area next day morning we find out out that the toilet seat is wobbling as soon as we sit it start wobbling and feel like I will fall down. The lights in the entrance of the flat doesn’t work also least but the worst there was something biting me every nights on the bed yesterday I checked we found beg bugs in the bed. This people knows about the situation of the flat still they lied to us and rent us. Seriously I pray to god each and everyone in company should face the situation we are in then they will understand what is going on with us . I am mentally broke completely. Because of all this Situation me and my husband are disturbed everyday. These people are lier and not even humans. They really don’t care about anyone’s situation.

I would give 0 stars if possible absolute scammers flooded my apartment in the LG along with other 2 apartments to collect the insurance money and left me homeless with no money back since they force international students to pay all rent at once. Absolutely disgusting creatures leaches with no real job living on the back of society

I recently moved (January) into a flat managed by Life Residential and the experience been horrendous. The flat was delivered at the start of the tenancy in an aweful condition including: - Broken heater in the bedroom in the middle of winter - Safety issue on the hob, meaning unable to use / cook in the kitchen - Dining table where the top was not attached to the legs so unable to use - Shower where the tap was stuck on boiling and where a pipe was leaking and needed replacing - Unpaid bills & council tax from the Life/landlord ended up with multiple visits from debt collectors after i moved in! Spent several months trying to liaise with Life Residential property managers/admin staff via email and phone calls with no action on any these points. After escalation to senior managers within Life Residential have learned that no action had been taken for two months. From I understand this wasn't the issue of the landlord as they had contracted Life to manage the property including sorting bills and maintenance. At the moment still have not agreed a satisfactory agreement to remedy all these issues/compensation. Would avoid using Life Residential at all costs.

Atrocious people rented with them over a year and at the end they illegally held my full deposit for 3 months? £1500. Then they lied to me about the flat being sold and served s21 and so many other things. Emily Lightley is the most incompetent property manager and needs to be sacked. She does not do her job and made my experience horrible. I’m shocked they hire such incompetent people.

I just thought I would update my review since the original one was written in 2017 and I've now been using Life for 7 years. They continue to provide excellent service - on the tenant side, they constantly monitor the market to ensure the best rates and I've not had a single default or any damage beyond wear and tear across what must be 50-60 tenancies over 7 years. On the maintenance side my relationship manager Melody is tireless and her interventions to ensure we make the best decisions and source correctly have saved many hundreds of pounds
