Very professional and helpful staff, they have a full property management option for Landlords which is reasonable priced and take care of absolutely everything, as an example they found that my EPC was outdated and they renew it for me at a very good price as they do many at the same time and the great news is that the updated EPC scored a better rate😀👏, would recommend them 100%

We have been using Life Residential for many years and recently Nicola took over as our Property Manager. She has been the best Property Manager we have had, she is quick to respond, efficient and keeps us informed. We don’t need to chase her up on anything as she will give us regular updates. When we had problems occurring she would phone us to inform us followed by an email with resolutions, arranging repairs and the completion of repairs within 2 days.
