We have been living in our current rental property via Life residential for almost 2 years and in these two years Emma our property manager has been a great support and help. She is approachable and understands any issues concerning the house and gets them resolved within couple of days. She replies back with an hour everytime we email her which is very quick. She is very warm and kind to talk to and is empathetic. She has made our stay here very easy and seamless. Thanks Emma.

My Property Manager Llinca Loanovici was great in organising for some issues to be resolved at my flat. She was fast, efficient and her assistance was exceptional. She liaised with Contractors to arrange booking for when was suitable for me and the issues were resolved in no time at all really. very happy with the service she provided.

What would Life Residential do without Ashleigh Bates? She has been, by far, the main reason I continue to use Life Residential to manage my property. She always replies to my emails immediately. Even if it is just to let me know that she intends to look into something for me when she gets a moment. She always responds in the most professional manner. By far the best person I have dealt with in the 4 years I have used Life Residential.

Zainab is always extremely professional and efficient in her dealings. She is particularly skilled at dealing with tenants on sensitive issues and coming to successful resolutions. She has worked extremely hard for us when on-boarding new tenants and in coordinating appraisers for our refinancing requirements. She is always a pleasure to deal with and I feel very confident when she handles our property needs.

Please be careful when renting with this Agency. There are not enough words to express the dangerous and horribly poor service they provided in our case. It would require an entire booklet to list all the problems they have created to us, so i will only give a striking example: The flat above us had a water leakage which started directly leaking from our ceiling! We reported this IMMEDIATELY, staying in the flat with all the risks of electricution, mold, water damage throughout. The property manager took literal ages to come back to us even after repeated phonecalls and emails. We had to escalate a complaint to her superiors to draw her attention to that huge problem while the property was getting damaged and we were living in unliveable conditions. She eventually replied and blamed it on the landlady’s delay, which given the history of our interactions with that property manager, we off course did not believe. The water leakage was addressed 4 months from the initial onset!!! Yes, 4 months. Of course ensuing significant water damages in the property. Fast forward to few months later when we decided to move out of the property, when we asked our deposit back, she authorized the most unbelievable damage report in the history of the world, where she was asking us to pay for multiple water damage repairs from our deposit. We tried to escalate with her superior, who was absolutely clueless about the situation and was asking us to tell her what happened. Once we explained everything fully, she took no action and handed over to the property manager again to authorize that we were responsible for the water damages. Unbelievable behaviour. We are now trying to get our deposit back from the MyDeposit scheme. I have to stress out again that this is only one of literally multiple unprofessional and completely horrendous behaviours we experienced with this agency. I would give them a zero start review but 1-star is the lowest.

Mandii Aujeley dealt swiftly and efficiently with a flooding problem at one of our properties. She kept us updated throughout and resolved all issues (and there were many!) in a calm professional manner.
