I’ve been taking the Liposomal Vitamin C for about 2 weeks now. I like that it’s absorbed. I’ve been trying to help boost my immune system since this pandemic. These are capsules too so easy to swallow.

I do believe in the product I have started taking. I could not stand to use the liquid form of Apple Cider Vinegar so the capsules are good. They are a little large but it helps to drink it with lots of water.
