I like Betdaq because of the low commission rate and there is also some good promotions and free bets to be had. I would have given five stars but it doesn`t have the liquidity of Betfair and so the prices are a little bit worse.

Betdaq are a good exchange. I just wish they would keep clearer records of all my bets. I would like to see something like a bank statement showing details of settled bets, including the date placed, odds, result, profit or loss and on the very righthand side a new balance of my account. However, most bookies and exchanges I've tried don't have this. I also find it a bit confusing when I click on open bets tab and don't see all my open bets. However, they are a good exchange, they have low commission and regularly send me special offers giving me free bets, which I like. I also like that when I'm playing games in the casino, there is a history button I can click to see all my bets and profit or loss, and a total amount wagered and total profit or loss.

Contacted Connor in customer help with a problem with withdrawal due to my bank recently changing debit card from visa to mastercard, connor was very helpful and we sorted the matter in a few minutes. nice to know you can get through to helpful people in customer service, not always the case these days with other companies.
