Tried to cancel a bet 5 hrs before after a genuine mistake.i was refused. I was astounded at the inflexibility.it wont happen me again.

I created an account and deposited £300 in 25th Feb. I won £1046 on a double. I went to withdraw the funds to be told that I was self excluded with Entain (news to me) and my bet (despite it already winning and money in my Betdaq account) would not be paid out and they would just refund the deposit of £300.00 to me. Furthermore, if the bet had if lost, you guessed it, they would of kept the deposit. So I basically was not able to win at all. I spoke to gambling commission and they’ve advised any money in my account needs ti be paid out to me, so I will be taking this further if this is not resolved promptly. Be careful guys, any company that will support and justify a bet that you can’t win on because they will keep the money is not to be trusted.
