Betdaq is working well for me in bet trading and laying. Easy to use website a bit like their main competitor but the graphics are awsome, no ugly mugs of real footballers. Thank you Betdaq

I'm not using BetDaq very much at the moment, I find the App does not work most of the time & there are fewer markets than competitors such as Betfair & Smarkets

BETDAQ itself is a decent platform , lack of liquidity at times compared to others, but does the job I need. Unfortunately I’ve had to stop using it for the time being as their updated app is beyond useless and impossible to use leaving me unable to place trades. This means if I cannot use the online site due to being out or power / internet issues etc I am stuck. I used it perfectly well until a few weeks ago but have now withdrawn all my funds and will not use BETDAQ again until I am satisfied the app is fit for purpose. Sort it out BETDAQ you are losing a lot of money in commission here which is now going to your competitors

I could not withdraw funds due to a debit card expiry. This was quickly resolved in a chat and could withdraw funds with new debit card. Good communication and friendly informative team. Great service.

Slow site to use, hard to find events and not a clear and pleasant interface. Good promo offers though, and does sometimes have better odds than other exchanges.

The customer service is very good dealing with issues whether dealing with KYC Team or Customer Support Team. The Exchange website is very reliable, the commission rates are low and the market liquidity is improving. Very good site for betting and I would be surprised if people did not agree after trying out the Betdaq website and dealing with Betdaq staff if required.
