I refuse to keep my account open when I’m not punting so I’ve closed my account 3 times in last 12 months and they said it had to go to compliance. What in the name of God is a review needed to reopen my account. The customer service is deplorable. Even if they had to review my accounts how can it take days. It’s a farce and the industry is finished.

United Kingdom | 20 January 20231.respond in a timely manner 2.cut down, the completely over the top,security checks 3.Make it easier to contact company, help, rather than bury help links, at bottom of very long pages. 4.Dont use no reply email address, in help cases. Its bonkers!! Edit/addition after reply. A robotic reply, that is meaningles/generic. not one issue, has been reffered too not one issue haa received an explanation of the causes not one issur has, had constructive remedies proposed. the 50 plus attempts by me, to resolve the issues, have been ignored. in cuatomer service/help terms, betdaq demonstrably dont even warrant a 1 out of 10, rating. zero is an apt judgement, because that sums up the help you get.
