I think your site is great the only thing wrong for me is the monthly limit for me is too small at £500

Hope they make it easier to get higher deposit limits, as I do matched betting here the current limit is very low and I can't fully utilize the exchange and have to go to other exchanges very often. For example, sometimes I need to have a balance in the couple thousands on my Exchange account to lay off a big price boost, with my current limits I can't do this on Betdaq and have to go to other exchanges.

Excellent exchange. In an industry full of ridiculous practices betdaq try to take a common sense approach where possible, providing excellent customer service through transparent clear communication. If you’re a matched bettor, betdaq put up more enhanced specials than any other exchange. Can request them to put a market up on live chat and it’ll usually be live on the site within minutes. Can get 0% commission through Oddsmonkey, matching the other exchanges. For me it’s the best place for matched betting. The UI could be a bit better but they have been very open and responsive/proactive to feedback on this. If my review sounds slightly like an advert then it’s because I do genuinely recommend betdaq and wanted to write this positive review after seeing a couple of negative ones that I thought were unfair.

The worst exchange you will ever find in the history of sports betting. The worst site for exposure in the exchange markets out of the main 4 exchanges. Today their site is down so I cannot get onto cancel my lays.. its a disgrace they cannot run a site properly. I want my unmatched bet cancelled and there is nothing I can do until these incompetent people fix the site.. utter disgrace. I only lay the odd football game but now I'm wishing I never ever used betdaq. Very poor website very poor everything

Great range of markets. Customer service helpful and quick to add markets and the enhanced specials are fantastic.

Good exchange. Good being able to speak to someone unlike the bots on betfair support. When my acct got hacked (not recent) they were very quick to help and put a stop on it before much damage was done. Also good enhanced specials.

Much less user friendly than Betfair. Hard to see recent bets or unmatched bets on event screen. Also odds not always visible when opening up an event-says make an offer. Customer service was good over recent issue on depositing money

The Enhanced Specials markets are great for those of us who can't get on to specials at bookmakers. Betdaq do a much broader range than matchbook or smarkets and odds almost always better too for equivalent bet.

Their oddsmonkey rep is a great guy; helpful, transparent, and very honest. Odds are always strong and often on par with BF. UI could be a bit “cleaner”, especially when looking for a specific market within a game
