A hundred times better than my experience at matchbook. There odds seem to be a little lower than yours aswell. Very quick to pay winnings sometimes instant but always within 2 hours. Easy to put bets on and great to lay bets at similar prices instead of say 3.2 to back and 5.1 to lay. I wish I used this app before I spent a year on matchbook. Betfair have gone silly with deposit limits aswell so they are completely pointless.

I think The real problem with BETDAQ if there’s not enough liquidity in the market and I found that specially on Saturday football in weekends all the markets go on suspend because people can’t get in or out of their bets because it’s not enough liquidity. I’m on more thing I think all these companies that have gone on live chat it’s so much easier to speak to a real person in the real world.

account closed for no good reason

Was on chat about verification of my account, the guy said he would email me back, no email.

A site exchange by definition is great by not closing accounts. Market liquidity is great in thousands maybe 4 zeros too easily. However, the gambling commission is killing all interest, passion, fun and great bets too by freezing your account when they require you to send documentation and by putting your account to a halt. Horrible experience but this is not Betdaq's fault. I fully understand the role of the gambling commission but as we never know when they're going to freeze your account, they start becoming a distraction. The site itself is easy-to-use. Also, I regret that Betdaq doesn't go into amateur football because on weekdays' mornings, nearly no games are displayed for betting. And I asked them this question years ago, and still the same display of games. Maybe they will take this into account. Overall, Betdaq is a great site. Customer support always respond to my messages.

I had a bad experience with my withdraw request. Also am not happy how the odds are moving,there is too big gap between lay and back odds,if i compare with other platform, such as Betfair. Happened ones, I was trading on Over 1.5 market,of a football game,and after a goal had been scored,this market completely disappeared, so i couldn't cash out.

Spoke to a John MC a few times on Sunday regarding my account, both on live chat and on the phone. He was very helpful and got my issue resolved. Thanks.
