Ordering on line is easy for collection the next day however I received a phone call the next morning to say there had been a ‘cockup’ as no controller was available at the collection point . PMT kept me up to date with my order via phone and email. So full marks 👍

I really can't give the PMT Bristol team high enough praise. I went in there to purchase an acoustic guitar, and over several visits they bent over backwards to ensure I found one that I fell in love with, which wasn't the model I was expecting. They accommodated all my questions – gave advice – allowed me as much time playing as I needed – happily played various models to me so I could listen from a couple of metres away to hear differences, answered countless emails. They were fantastic. They obviously love guitars. Special shout out to Aaron, who went above and beyond, and Josh, who gave some great advice. Thanks guys.

Ordered an item and it arrived the very next day. I could have waited a few days, I think 3-4 days is fine, but it's all good. Great communication via email and great tracking from Parcelforce too, which I think is important when high value items are at stake.

Lots of info on the website with good, fair reviews. Great super speedy service, packaged well, guitar plays great, only a little tuning needed to get going! I would definitely use again.

I was happy to order and receive a used Blackstar amp. The blurb confirmed 'fully functioning' and the amp delivered was in better condition than I expected, but without its power supply (kettle lead & transformer brick). Simon and Peter worked hard to find a spare lead and then a solution to the missing brick. Although it took a week or two, I'm now plugged in and happy - all sorted out
