Snide way of making me purchase the item with the price, you assume delivery is free but then you cant complete cos you have to click on delivery price. Not nice, you need to be more transparent

Order was completed and when I arrived to pick it up I was told there had been an error in stock, and the guitar was not in stock. I had to wait over the weekend for the guitar. The guarantee of the guitar being available quickly was the reason I purchased from this company over others. Very dissapointed.

The item is lovely, was a great price, arrived well packaged an in perfect condition The only small thing I didn't like was that going to PayPal the price was shown without postage. Returning, the postage wasn't 'next day' as in 'order by four get it tomorrow', unless you paid extra. And then the actual suggested delivery date was a day before the real one. They should say 'order by four despatch today' The clue is in the title 'Play Music Today' LOL As long as you know it's at least a day longer than expected they are top notch!
