Free 2 day delivery great. Purchased to replace in ear monitoring. Was a little sceptical whether this little speaker would be sufficient for monitoring given its size. I needn't have worried. Gigged with it last night, was perfectly positioned mounted on a stand. Provides a very clear full sound. Highly recommended.

I ordered a guitar online, it was faulty upon delivery, having retuned it within 24 hours it took 4 weeks to receive a replacemnt.

Great guitar but Terrible delivery service by Parcel Force. Delivery was supposed to be Wed 9th between 3-4pm which I took time off work for. However, the delivery van I was tracking just "disappeared" & then got notification the following morning that my parcel would be delivered that day which I then had to change my work plans to arrange this. Would think twice about using this company again or use click and collect instead. Paul
