Saw an ad on social media page for a guitar I was interested in and went on the PMT site to purchase. Phoned their support line to confirm it was in fact in stock and was told it was so ordered online. The advisor on the phone was very helpful and offered to help me purchase it over the phone but I felt more comfortable ordering online. Payment was simple and checking out was easy and fast. Guitar arrived well packaged within a couple working days and is pristine. Would recommend and use PMT again

Wanted an affordable simple bass guitar and chose the Squire Bronco Bass. Easy to order in here within 48hrs. Out of the box the guitar had a decent set up and had clearly been through good quality control. Frets polished! No issues. Not something I've experienced in the past with a Squire from another vendor. Well done PMT.

ordered a synth which showed to be instock on the website and ready for next day delivery. was told after payment that it was not in stock and would have to be ordered. was told i would receive it no later than a weeks time, this date was not met and when it finally arrived it appears to be an ex display model with oily stains on it and clearly used keys.
