South Africa | 06 March 2025This guys are real definition of waste of time, do not waste your time here and find something else to online like me. Profuple? No hype, no tricks. They just… *worked*. Withdrawals processed instantly. Payouts landed in my account like clockwork. No excuses, no system updates, no delays. For the first time in months, I felt in control.

United States | 04 March 2025I was impressed by the professionalism of Growing Estate from day one.` The live transfer feature has allowed me to connect with potential clients instantly, which has significantly boosted my conversion rates. The 60-day refund policy is a great safety net, and it shows they truly believe in their service

Canada | 04 March 2025I've been working with Growing Estate for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of leads I've received. The customer support team is always available to assist, making the process smooth and efficient. Their 60-day refund policy gives me peace of mind, knowing that my investment is protected. Highly recommend!

United States | 04 March 2025I have been in real estate for 20 years. I get at least 5 texts/emails or calls a week from companies like Growin Estate "promising" vetted leads. I finally took the bait on this one to see if it was legit. I thought it was worth the $350 sign up fee....just to see if it is a valid system. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on these guys or any other lead companies you have never heard of...they all seem to have the same MO...data mining and sending fake leads. -I have had 7 leads in 6 months. I only talked to one lead on the phone and this lead actually called me back because he was wondering what I was talking about. He had ZERO idea how I got his information and why I was calling. -I got a lead from a town that didn't exist. -I got a lead looking for commercial space, though I clearly signed up for residential. -I got leads with a seller address that did not match the tax records. You get the picture....farm neighborhoods, follow up with your sphere....don't waste money on these businesses.

Canada | 01 March 2025I wish I had read these reviews earlier . Like Gabe , 6 months in after many calls with Alex and Sam telling them even prior to the 60 day cancellation cutoff , that I was not happy, I have not received one qualified lead and have been told I did not uphold my end of the contract. Please read the reviews and do not engage with this company .

Canada | 28 February 2025As per most of the reviews already, Growin Estate did not honour their end of the contract and refused to refund me after months of terrible-quality leads that have not rendered a single closing yet. Unfortunately, I would probably be spending more money to hire a lawyer than I would actually recieve back. Total scam. Don't ever buy leads from these types of sites.

Ben Scholes
Canada | 27 February 2025No real leads. Their time is spent recruiting and retaining agents as opposed to generating leads. spend your money on other advertising.

Marcel
Canada | 25 February 2025Growin does not honor their end of the contract. Any attempt to obtain a refund is denied, even when the request is generated within the 60 day contract period. Total scam and advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company.

Canada | 23 February 2025I received an unsolicited text offering me qualified leads in my area. As with most of these companies they ask for money upfront. I came on here, trust pilot, and I have noticed that all the 5* reviews have names that when I search them on google, I can't seem to find a realtor with such name. For the 1* reviews, I google those names, and I can find them and their respective brokerage. I was contacted by Theo, says his real name is Mike. Said he's in New York but offered me no proof. My recommendation would be to ask for ID before giving them any money. My name is searchable as a Realtor. First/Last and also my license number. Easily available. They use pseudo names. Why is this? Also any company that had real leads, would happily fill my pipeline for a commission split / referral fee. The fact that they want money up front denotes that they're interested in the up front fee, and have no interest in the closing commission split. Easy to deduce that their primary goal is to separate you from your 500 dollars USD. Furthermore, there are local companies, that will give you leads if your area isn't already saturated with pre-onboarded agents with their firm. They will give you leads for 25%-35% (depending on quality of lead) and zero upfront cost. Also these companies have a unique way of filtering out bad reviews. I write this knowing that it will probably be removed. Hopefully the people reading this will take heed and do their own due diligence before giving them any money.

Canada | 22 February 2025I've been working with Growin Estate for the past 6 months and my experience with them has been great, I've closed 2 deals with them so far and I have a strong pipeline. Canada | 21 February 2025I singed up with Growin Estate in July 2023 they waled me through how they generate and filter leads and when I asked about the lead pre approval they promised their leads were intent verified and ready to do business. After working with couple of them i found that to be true i had to replace a few leads because of their timeline but the CSD helped me very time i started with the standard plan but I am thinking about upgrading to the premium one.

United States | 21 February 2025So my overall my experience with Growin Estate has been great been working with them for the past 4 months but when I first started the leads weren't working for me but when I started feedback that was the point where the game changed I started to get actual leads that are willing to work and here I am looking forward to doing my second closing in the next 2 weeks. I highly recommend them they are the best in the game better than other referral networks those dont take accountability for the leads they send.

United States | 20 February 2025My experience with the Growing Estate team has been fantastic. Their knowledge and support are making a real difference in my business, and I'm eager to see what we achieve next. I highly recommend them!

United States | 02 February 2025I wanted to follow up on my previous experience with Growin Estate and share an updated review. Initially, I had concerns regarding the quality of leads I received and the refund process. However, after further communication with their team, they have fully addressed my concerns and issued a refund, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciate their willingness to listen and take corrective action. This shows that they are not out to scam people but rather aim to provide a valuable service while maintaining transparency with their clients. While my experience wasn’t perfect, I respect the fact that they took the necessary steps to resolve the issue fairly. For anyone considering their services, I would encourage clear communication and outlining your expectations upfront. Thank you to the Growin Estate team for working with me to reach a fair resolution.

Canada | 31 January 2025Growin Estate is a fraud company that does not provide quality leads. They steal your money but never provide leads. If they do offer leads, they are garbage leads. They send the same leads to all realtors. This is a big scam. They charged me $3500 and promised to provide a minimum of 100 leads, but they only sent 15 garbage leads. Don't waste your hard-earned money. Harcharan Parhar Insta Realty Calgary Alberta Canada

Canada | 25 January 2025I regret signing up with Growin Estate. They promised high-quality, vetted leads, but the reality was far from it. I paid $599 USD for their “Standard” package, expecting 4-5 qualified leads per month in my target area, plus “live call transfers.” Instead, I received 10 leads over five months, none of which were serious buyers or sellers. Many leads didn’t match my area, and most were unresponsive. When I asked for a refund, as promised in their “money-back guarantee,” I was given endless excuses. They kept stalling, offering more useless leads instead of honoring my refund. Eventually, they claimed my refund request was void because I had spoken to one of the leads, even though that lead wasn’t viable. Their customer service is all smoke and mirrors, with fake-sounding departments like “Compliance” designed to delay and deny refunds. On top of that, their Trustpilot reviews seem heavily manipulated. Read the 1-star reviews—they’re far closer to the truth than the glowing 5-star ones. Look for my Medium.com article for the full story with screenshots. If you’re a realtor looking for legitimate leads, stay far away from Growin Estate. They overpromise, underdeliver, and make getting your money back nearly impossible. Save yourself the frustration and find a company with a pay-per-referral model instead.
