We recently had a veranda installed by Eden. We are very happy with the surveying and installation. Our only criticism is with the admin. which was slow at times and occasionally difficult to access. We would recommend the company acknowledging that "it is not cheap".

Theawning cassette is fairly unobtrusive and they colour matched it to our Bi-fold doors. The brackets are substantial - also colour matched. The choice of fabric is extensive and the unit size can be adjusted to fit. The unit was made and delivered as planned before xmas ready for Jan install. The installers took about 1/2 a day to fix it in place and cleared up all the packaging etc. 2 days after installation an electrician wired it up. If you have an outside socket then they will splice in to that.

From initial consultation to final installation, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I have to admit that I was somewhat aghast when quoted for the work, but it was explained that Eden Verandas are a top-quality company and their costs reflect this. And so it proved - a very professional job carried out by true professionals.

The verandah was erected 5 weeks later than specified on the order, due to brackets not being available. I do not know why the fabricated bungalow brackets took so long to make, basically square section steel which had to be cut to size, welded and coated.

Did not turn up for appointment. No phone call or email explanation. If this is their level of customer service then it’s just as well we will go elsewhere.

A great company with a superb product. After many years thinking about a veranda and then deciding that we couldn't possibly have one, Edan surveyed and designed a veranda that could be installed. Several weeks later Edan delivered and installed the veranda to an excellent standard in a day.

We've just had a Glass Room erected oh my its beautiful. Eden are so professional from the Planning right through to the fitting. The Fitters worked so hard to install the Glass Room and were amazing. So if youre thinking about having one installed go for it you wont be disappointed.

We have been waiting 2 months for a promised visit to make good our paving slabs after the install. The awning motor has a mind of its own and now the awning won't come out. Been like this from day 1, worked ok for a while, now doesn't work. The rain/wind/sun sensor is completely random. The awning has come out in rain and has woken us up coming out at 6 in the morning when there is no sun on the sensor. For something this expensive, we are far from happy.

We are very pleased with our new canopy. It does precisely what we were expecting. It is good quality, was fitted very carefully and the service altogether was first rate. I have no trouble in recommending this company for a fine product and concerned, courteous and complete service

Fantastic retractable awning Excellent service from Eden Verandas. The surveyor who came round to measure up and discuss our requirements was very knowledgeable. Our order was delivered and fitted within the time frame and everything went smoothly. Our retractable awning is brilliant. It looks amazing and is sturdy. If only we had a better summer! Highly recommended.

After a few hick ups that were easily solved we have a beautiful and Stunning especially made glass veranda at the side of our house. With it not being a standard size we were worried how it would turn out but we had no need to worry . People have already commented on it looking like excellent quality. Everybody has been great from beginning to the end. The guys that built it explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. All we have left to do is enjoy it and maybe in the future add to it .

We have had a canopy over our terrace for years. The original was replaced with a strong, purpose built wood canopy. However, as next door built an extension we took the opportunity of renewing and chose Eden Verandas. Everything went very well. Informative salesman, accurate measurements, we were kept informed about delivery and the fitters did an excellent job. BUT, they left scaffolding. Despite nagging the scaffolding was left lying around the front of the house. I stacked it by the front of the drive - but no collection. Excuses and lies were told and it has completely spoiled an otherwise good experience. My recommendation is to have a clause in your contract about scaffolding removal, confirming the time it will be used and collected. Don’t make any final payment until it has gone and include in the clause a £100 per day storage fee to be deducted from the final payment. All that said, I would still recommend Eden Verandas.

We found Eden Verandas a very professional team, right from the start, Mark who done the site survey new exactly what we needed and with a brilliant choice of structures and colours. Mark surveyed and gave us a quote on the spot, delivery dates and installations dates too. Every thing went really smoothly, a very well oiled company. Payment made only after you are satisfied with the product and installation. Over the moon with how our Decking area has been transformed. 100% recommendation

Really professional company, excellent communications and did everything they said they would with a very good team. Awning is fab and very well installed.

The quality of the awning we have is very good. No complaints there. The only reason I've given a 4 rather than a 5 is it took three goes to get it fitted, which I feel could have been avoided if the survey had been a bit more thorough. It shouldn't be down to the fitting teams to find out work needs doing. Still, a great product which got fitted for a fair price and I would both recommend and use them again.
