It has made a real difference to the front of our stone house, and doesn't look out of place. The salesman and fitters were all very helpful and polite.

All work including the planning application done in a timely fashion. There were no problems or issues. Pleasing result.

After looking at other makes, buying an Eden Veranda was a good choice. The quality of the veranda was excellent as expected of German engineering. Eden Verandas were informative and extremely helpful in all aspects of our decision making and negotiation. Everything went like clockwork. The installation was completed in a conscientious manor. The team displayed excellent team work and our garden was left in very good order. Extremely pleased.

I asked them to quote me. They had a salesman come round and quote me on a scrap of paper. I couldn't afford it. Six months later they sent me a flyer through the post offering upto 40% off. Salesman came quoted me £1000 higher based on the same spec and still didn't give me a written quote! I wrote in asking for a manager to get in touch and negotiate a deal, they didn't even bother to respond. Wasted two mornings of my life and still don't have any answers.

Excellent experience from salesman to surveyor, office staff and the brilliant install team. Always polite, always friendly and I was always kept informed at all parts of the process. My veranda looks great!

I contacted their 0800 107 2727 line on 17MAY18 Neal National Sales Manager 10.42 calling back in 2 weeks. Lied never called back at all. I needed a replacement veranda as a cowboy firm I used could not even erect my kit form, (told it was manufactured in the UK) from Belgium and deliberately erected it out of square. Two posts which were in line were ignored as the drop down weather proofing now had a post sticking through it 30mm out of true at least??? Sent them an email as nothing heard from them. Still nothing heard. 07AUG18 Sales email received from them, cannot remember if I filled it in but still nothing heard from them at all. 09NOV18 Junk Mail received from them in the post, addressed incorrectly. I detest companies that waste my time and send unwanted and illegal junk mail especially, as in this case, from a company that deliberately ignores a lead. This is one company I will NOT entertain as if you use a company that gets a kit as many of them do you are reliant on the measurements they take so if they make incorrect measurements you will have a problem on your hands. They have not heard of GDPR as I have NOT opted in for ANY mailings from them at all. They seemingly collect peoples information illegally so the ICO will be informed. Who on earth wants to hear from a company who is totally useless and does not bother at all to contact the prospective purchaser from 17MAY18 now 6 months ago. If they cannot even manage simple administration it is little wonder when one complainant has clearly been sold something without having been given ANY details about condensation problems let alone been sold a floor that is not fit for purpose and will stain with anything that touches it. These sales persons will sell anything to make their commission but NOT bother about the end result that a trusting customer is not aware of and will then have a persistent problem.

Excellant canopy, and the guys who fitted it were very professional and fast. Very patient helpful staff who put up with us changing our minds.

Eden Verandas provided a professional service. Advised of possible pitfalls. Mounted awning via brackets that allowed awning to gel in with surrounding roof. Each process (delivery, mounting, electrics) carried out smoothly and with minimum of fuss. We are very pleased with the results.

High quality service and product. Only disappointment was the extended wait for delivery. Longer than anticipated and took time to fix final delivery.

Non pushy sales person that had been there years knew everything about the product. There was a delay in the installation which they sorted immediately and the product is fantastic quality. Have recommended them to 4 friends already!

The whole process went well from start to finish; The communication was good to arrange mutually convenient dates for the survey, for the delivery and for the fitting. At each step the persons involved kept us informed of their respective arrival times and when they arrived they carried out their task professionally keeping me well informed throughout each step of the process. The installers were very good, worked well, and left the veranda looking great without any mess and all the waste was cleared away. I am very happy with the result.

The German-manufactured product is of high quality and readily adaptable to a range of situations - we presented a difficult project, but the pre-installation surveys were most helpful in finding a solution. Despite inclement weather installation was carried out over three very long days by a cheerful and obliging team, who finished up by floodlight and left the site completely tidy. We did have two problems - a small water leak and a cracked piece of glass - but these were rectified within days. Everyone we encountered from the company seemed genuinely proud of what they offer, and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Purchased a full glass room from Eden with a composite deck base. The product is German (Weinor) and well engineered. What let Eden down was poor installation project management and under resourcing. Deliveries arrived with no one to unload because the installers were booked the next day. The lorry the kit arrived on was too big to get into the road so had to go away, despite the surveyor saying it would not be a problem. Lifting equipment that Eden hire to lift the beams didn't arrive during installation, so my builders, who happened to be on site, assisted. The installers are sub contracted, not employed by Eden, and are definitely not given enough time to complete the install so they have to go to other jobs before completion and have to be re-scheduled to come back. In my opinion they should have been allocated twice as much time to complete the works. That given the installers were hard working and courteous doing a nice tidy job. One thing I did not consider was condensation. Now the evenings are cooler, the inside of the glass room is covered in condensation by the morning so it drips from the ceiling throughout the morning wetting the furniture. A double glazed roof would limit or perhaps overcome this. The composite decking is from a company called Havwoods and although I am sure it is long lasting, it stains very easily. A potato crisp dropped on the decking will leave a dark oil mark that cannot be easily removed. Havwoods will sell you a specialist cleaner but you will be forever cleaning marks off. Havwoods technical department state the decking cannot be sealed. So there does not seem to be much you can do about it. Despite these reservations we really like the glass room and use it as often as possible.
