When he got to my house, he quickly and correctly identified the issue (broken steering lock), told me what it would cost, then fixed it in no time at all really. United Kingdom | 28 December 2024Spoke to them on Christmas Eve after I had lost my car key. Very patient staff asking sensible questions. I chose to have them come out to me on Friday 27. Engineer arrived promptly at 9.05 am, having informed me of his expected TOA. Took the kind and personable engineer just over 30 mins to produce a brand new key and let me test both keys before leaving. Very impressed with the professionalism and patient attitude of both office staff and engineer. Highly recommend.

I contacted them for installation and on the day after, their technician was on my driveway for installation. I am giving them only 4 stars as the first technician did not check that all systems are still working after installation. Reporting that my heating system is not working after installation, the company sent a senior technician the day after who sorted out the problem. It was just a defect fuse that needed replacement. I recommend them and would not hesitate using their services, if needed, in the future.

United Kingdom | 25 December 2024bought 2 keys for my 2006 mini on 19th December 2024. Later that day the key stopped working, triggering the immobilizer, while I was at the petrol station and they sent a technician out to take a look. Adrian was great and was with me within about 20 minutes. 4 days later, on 23rd December the exact same thing happened again, this time I was out of London at my parents house. I rang up the helpline and was told they would check what to do with their boss and give me a ring back the next day. I said ok as luckily I didn't need the car that evening. The next day when I phoned up to get an update I was told that I should have both of my car keys on me in case this happens and they will only diagnose and replace/refund me if I am in the London area. Leaving me stranded at Christmas with no car. I have told them I am happy to either: accept a refund and go elsewhere for my key, wait at my parents house for a technician to diagnose the issue or for them to pay for my car to returned to London and then be diagnosed. They have repeatedly told me I cannot be refunded for the broken key or send someone to diagnose the issue and it's up to me to get the car to London. I am currently waiting for them to respond as otherwise I feel I will have no option but to take them to the Small Claims Court to recoup costs. It started so well with this company and I cannot believe how let down I feel.
