1 Spare key required Considering this company has a big marketing base on social media I thought I would use them based off of this and the good reviews to go with it. So after filling out the information online I was contacted the next day explained what I required and was booked in for the Friday but was given the option to go on the Thursday also. So I chose the latter. Upon arrival I was seen promptly and was told it would take 1 hour. I thought that was a bit long but waited anyway. They started work on my car straight away and then 50 minutes later said they needed to remove a part out of the car because they can’t program the new key which will take another hour. Which I was not prepared to do. I asked what part? Which they were reluctant to say at first until I let them know I used to be in the motor industry so know the procedure to programming and updating software or keys then told me the CAS. I asked how does it take 50 minutes for you to realise you can’t update the new key. But because now I’m asking too many questions the technician was reluctant to work on my car. Which was fine by me. It only leads me to think that I would probably of got charged an extra hour for the service. So for me poor experience at the South Norwood branch.

A very short time from quote to completion.

Car Key Solutions made us a new key after we had lost our spare. Fast service, good price, professional. We also used them to install a Ghost Immobiliser on our son's car. Prompt service, professional installer, all done at home. A little expensive but peace of mind is priceless.

Very quick and good at his job I would highly recommend very good value for me especially as a young driver Cover most areas if not all areas in Essex Usually with you within a 2 hour slot which is planned before arrival Hopefully I don’t have to come back to these but if I do this is the first company I will be calling
