United Kingdom | 12 February 2025My car had an issue with the key .upon calling CarKeySolutions. Last night they came immediately to get my car done in the morning. I paid my deposit last night and the remainder after the job was completed. I was told a code was meant to be sent to Germany ecc but Lorin sat in the car and detected that my key was faulty and saved me a lot of money. I really wanted to Thank Lorin for being a patience man and waited for me and the ppl at the garage to open as my car was in there. Lorin is a wonderful man. A special thanks to the guy I spoke on phone last night that booked the job for me.

The engineer who attended my vehicle admitted that he couldn’t figure out why my car wouldn’t start or why the key fob wouldn’t pair with the vehicle. Despite this, I was charged a hefty £160 for the call-out, which I feel was ridiculously overpriced considering nothing was fixed or resolved. Although I accepted the call-out charge beforehand, I expected at least some progress or a proper diagnosis for that price. To make matters worse, I ended up solving the issue myself using a YouTube tutorial—something the engineer couldn’t accomplish. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for value for money or effective solutions.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Had a Ghost install in my vehicle , two weeks inn the car won't start I call car key solution because they're the one that installed the ghost , it took them all day to come up with this not so clever idea that my battery is the reason why the car not starting , when he did a check on my new battery he then say its the immobiliser not picking up the ICU in my car . He removed the Ghost tracker form my car , upon removing the ghost my car started to work fine it turn on and off like normal. I contacted the office of car key solution and explain this to them , they told me it was my car that is the problem so for that reason they will not reimburse my ÂŁ600 . Please don't allow them to work on your car immobiliser there're cobblers. They just get anyone with a electrician certificate and not much experience to fit a ghost immobiliser in cars . I promise if it goes wrong they will leave you to take the losses
