United Kingdom | 08 January 2025Originally there was an issue / error on the company's side logging my van's model incorrectly. Following a wasted trip to the garage leading to a back and forth with the company, they nobly admitted to their faults and compensated me for my diesel at least. The part was ordered again and arrived next day. The garage did a superb job of installation, very clean and even fixed a smaller issue on the van free of charge. Company rectified the issue so no hard feelings but I can't sadly award the 5 star this time. The customer service agent dealing with the issue was very helpful and friendly overall. Probably a bit of a random moment that happens to all company's but good of them to make the effort to compensate me.

She explained the methods of payment, breaking down everything. Kept me up to date with the technician and when he is available. As I was in a rush, she was able to schedule me in, so that I don't miss my time. Brilliant company and great customer service/support. Recommended.

The mobile workshop the locksmith had is very cool - and the car taken getting into the car second to none. The aftercare support was excellent. Would recommend if you get in a bind.
