I got Immobilizer installed on 2 vehicles , engineer very friendly and polite, he explained very well how they work, he did a great job overall. Definitely I would recommend this guys to get your vehicles protected

Called Car Key Solutions and was given a price and time. 30min-60mins. Technician Vlad tuned up on time, was polite and friendly. Had a hell of a job fixing my truck due to difficulties with access to the immobiliser but persevered and after removing half my dash board and over 2.5hrs later got the job done!

Absolutely horrible service, wouldn’t recommend or go to them ever again. £500 for a delayed service. Appointment was booked for 8:30 and was moved to 12 without anyone informing me. Wasted 2 hours of my day for this. Waste of time and money. Horrible customer service aswell.

I telling my experience of car keys solutions, on 23 /10/24, I book appointment with them to sort out my issue on my car keys and I tell them to my issue is my car key issue on display, My key is active so I like to remove this sign because my key is limited speed on set up so I like to remove it and they say they’re gonna remove this one and they give it to me replacement key.and they say they’re gonna charge me £180 and they didn’t mention me this's Price only forthe replacement key then I said okay that’s fine. Send engineer to see my car an engineer arrive and he see my car he say he can give it to me replacement key but he’s not going to remove the on the system show my keys active but he gonna charge me another £50 for remove the sign and I said I don’t have a problem with my key. I have just removed that are my keys active limit and then he say no you need the replacement key and also remove this and then I pay to them £210 for this. and then I spoke to customer service again to clear why I’m gonna pay for another £50 and now they’re lying. They say no i have to pay for replacements key and plus remove the limited speed.

Went to the Watford branch to have my key reprogrammed and purchase a new spare following a burgerley. Technician was polite, quick, and a pleasure to deal with . Would definitely recommend this company

Carkey came to the house, got on with the job and about 40 minutes later all was done. No fuss very professional.

Terrible, we were left without a car for 4 days, they said would fix our ignition coil but sent a driver on the last call out of the day a day later without the part! I was then promised £60 off to which I was told that was never said- it was! I asked for a copy of the phone call recording which they refused to give, I asked to speak to the manager and was told they are too busy in the office for them to speak to me. The guy who came out did the work but then reversed his work whilst we were on the phone sorting out some discount with the office, he said we are costing him money! He then had to do the work all over again, they are very polite in the office but they don’t know what they are talking about and the service was terrible.

The whole experience was very professional

Great experience from start to finish. The locksmith came out to me at home the day after my and took about an hour to program my key. It works perfectly.
