Got an appointment in less than 24 hours. Abdullah was extremely helpful on arrival. Explained all what came with the service as well as explaining what he was doing from cutting the key to programming the key. Great service and customer service now I've got a working key for my van! :)

Nathan was great on chat. Got an appointment sorted for first thing the next morning. Adrian turned up more than promptly and we had a good laugh while he replaced my ignition barrel. 2nd time I’ve used these guys, needed help with drivers side lock and ignition after someone tried to steal my transit and these had to be replaced . They also made me a new fob and a fitted a plate to protect the back door lock. Everyone has been super helpful that I’ve dealt with, I even had to go see them to address my horn not working the next day after they had been out to fix everything I requested . (Potentially not their fault but they sorted it out for me) 10/10 from me

Shocking service. Took them nearly 3 days to resolve this. When it was supposed to be done on the same day. False promises after false promises. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I was a bit worried as I just picked a random link off Google but after they called me, they asked a lot of related questions and give me a set of prices based on what they can achieve during the visit depending on the issue I had. They were confident that it would be the cheapest option based on what I had told them. They booked me in the very next morning. Allen turned up first thing, took my broken key then made a start, he tried to get the key to work but without any luck, he then proceeded to take the dashboard apart to remove the immobilizer and created a new key from it. He was very professional and a friendly guy, we had a good chat whilst he worked. He tested the key then got me to test it myself just to make sure. I now have a brand new working key with some extra buttons which was a bonus. I paid the rest of the payment by card on his card machine to the value that was quoted and he set off. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these guys and would highly recommend them

I would definitely recommend this company. Excellent customer service from the initial contact onwards. Very impressed by Vlad the Romanian technician. He arrived on time and worked hard. The job proved a bit more complicated than expected but he did all that was necessary and left everything neat and tidy.
