We did not really get a clear explanation of what was wrong with our ignition barrel and key. We were charged the full £350 anyway.

Brilliant prompt and friendly service

The staff at the garage excellent and know their stuff and provided me with a spare key. I was a bit fuss appointed with the call centre not communicating with them first to confirm length of time to complete the job as was quoted an hour which I was happy to sit and wait but turned out to be 3 hours and left me stranded. Had I have known I would still have had the job done but would arranged a drop off and collect
