I received only half of my order. I ordered 4 items and received only 2. There was no receipt and no confirmation of sent items. I got money back, but I don't need the money I need the items that I ordered! They said it is a mistake in their stock/order system.

Even though I took an L on the A Ma Maniere Jordan 5(first L on a Jordan 5 ever) I can't recommand Oqium enough. Got some great items in the sale at unbeatable prices and all still with free delivery. Delivery is still suffering but this is a known problem abd is clearly stated on the site. As always a pleasure doing business.

I have bought 6 pairs of shoes in 3 different transactions as a Christmas gift in Black Friday for my nephews and husband. After all these Black Friday sales finished I received 2 mails from you that 3 shoes are out of stock and you refunded my money. The last order has been sent 20 days ago but still not arrived. I tried to send mail to your help desk and my email returned to me and couldn’t deliver. Such a bad experience

Zwaar ontevreden, Koop iets, 4 dagen later zelfde item -30% korting. Mail, geen antwoord. Nog een bestelling gedaan, waar adres niet volledig stond, kreeg een mail waar om adres gevraagd werd, geantwoord en hoor verder niks. Weer mail gestuurd, weer geen antwoord. Mooie site, mooie producten.. maar 0 klantenservice!!

Price is great but delivery needs improvement

Half of my order was cancelled after purchase without explanation, however the product was again available in the webshop but with the higher price. When tried to contact customer service, received no reply.

Awefull store, avoid if possible

Very cheap price (Black Friday) for official Nike gear. Awesome! Items arrived in a week.
