Twice I've ordered from them and every time the products were out of stock. Why do you sell stuff that you don't have!? If you live in UK don't bother. Very disappointed! I will not recommend unless you like playing lottery.

I order a pare of shoes and a sweater, and i recice only the sweater. When i wated to send back the sweater because i wanted both products i find out i need to pay 12 euro to send it back...they decide to send me only sweater and when i wanted to send it back i need to pay again... I send email nobody respond to tell me way it s this happening

Oqium makes very good sales. The only problem I had is with the courier service in France (colis privé) because they left the package in front of the house (even when I was at home). Thankfully I have a good neighborhood but I am really upset by that!

Kreeg mijn producten pas na anderhalve week. Ik had ze na 3 dagen een mail gestuurd met de vraag waar mijn producten blijven, en ze zeiden dat ze door de drukte achterliepen en binnen 2 dagen mijn producten zouden opsturen. Dat werd uiteindelijk een week…
