I tried to cancel my purchase and nobody answered

It was a very quick delivery to the United Kingdom.

They don’t respond to emails, you buy something that says thats in stock and after 3 days they send an apology mail saying they dont have it in stock. Dont give a good compensation

Customer support is awful, nobody picks up on the listed support number, the emails sent to support will be answered after an average of 3 days. Orders have been sent incomplete or with wrong items, or items canceled and refunded. Still waiting for a refund for an item sent with wrong size and returned - 10 days now and counting...

Nach ca 10 Tagen erfolgte die Mitteilung, dass die Nike Schuhe nicht lieferbar sind. Das hätte man ja aber auch schon früher feststellen können. Zeitverlust und Ärger, aber zumindest Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises hat geklappt. Ich werde da zumindest nichts mehr bestellen

Purchase went smoothly after an announcement for a good deal on their products. The delivery took very long without any information given. After contacting them myself, I learnt that delivery would be delayed due to the success of the action. This is information that could have been sent earlier without the customer having to enquire themselves. Part of purchase was therefore not in time for planned birthday. Delivery eventually took more than a week whilst the storage facility is also based in the Netherlands like myself. That is really off-putting from ordering here again.

The order came through but it took Oqium more than a week to ship the order. That made me nervous as I've never ordered from the before.

Order still not completed after 2 weeks. No response to my last contacts via contact form or PayPal. Now I am trying to get my money back via paypal.

Last 2 order didnt go as usually... Last order 1 of my articles was cancelled, out of stock, but it was in stock when I ordered and paid. Order before took ages to be shipped, longer than 11 days and it was shipped after I sent an email... Normally 5 stars but these last 2 orders unfortunately not. Get back to your 5 star service!

Ordered a pants. Took almost 2 weeks to deliver and then I asked them for another size because it is too small, but didn‘t got an answer on my mail at all. (Even though they are spaming me with newsletters etc. Every day)
