The only thing I query is my mum is now 81 years old and according to a person we know she shouldn’t have to pay now is that right?

I fell down stairs recently and broke my ankle. I pressed my button and a reassuring voice told me my daughter was on her way and also an ambulance. I would highly recommend anyone of my age to have one. You really are a lifeline. Thank you so much. A grateful 81 year old.

I have a hereditary condition part of which causes my balance to be very poor and so then I have falls. I always wear my Lifetime button when alone and was recently very lucky I do when I fell hitting my head, cutting my forehead and breaking my glasses. I was able to press the button and the, very kind, lady decided to send for an ambulance which arrived after approximately half an hour. This lady kept line open and frequently checked back with me. I felt assured and very grateful to her.

Have used Lifeline24 for the past 3 years, luckily we have had no need to call for assistance, reasonably priced, easy to use, set up and so far can’t fault them at all.

One day I realised a voice was calling me and asking me if I was alright. It was of course coming from my base unit so I replied I am OK I haven't activated my wrist alarm. Unbeknown to me I must have just caught it on something. She explained that they are quite sensitive.Just goes to show how well the system works. Have also noticed during a power cut the base unit said Power failure or words to that effect. Very reassuring

Once a month I check both my pendants and have found everybody I have spoken to who work for Lifeline24 very helpful and courteous.

I fell out of bed and though I shouted, I couldn’t make my husband, in the other room, hear. It was the middle of the night. I pressed my Lifeline button on my wrist, and very soon the house phone rang. My husband answered it and was told that the alarm had been activated. He came in to me and realised what was wrong. He told the Lifeline operator that things were under control and they rang off. I am so grateful to Lifeline. Without it I would have been on the floor all night.

Lifeline is an effective support for my Mum when I am not there. There have been a couple of smoke alarm (which is from Lifeline and connects with their system) activations recently which have automatically put the Lifeline staff in contact with my Mum to sort the problem out.

I have only had to phone for help once. 4 years ago I collapsed in the bathroom. i managed to press my button. my neighbour was alerted. they called an ambulance. i had pneumonia and was kept in hospital. I believe that without lifeline I would have died.

I feel a lot safer having this in my home as when i fall which i do a lot i have the reassurance that someone will check im okay and phone one of my contacts if the lifeline staff are unable to speak to me.I am very happy with this service and i am now trying to persuade my elderly mum to purchase one for herself as it gives you piece of mind

I have been with Lifeline for many years and the service I have received has always been first class. The one comment I would make is that, having just received a new control box for £250 so that it will work with new telephone systems, whilst it works brilliantly, I would say that the pendant chain is not as good as the nylon cord and I keep finding that the button is actually on my back when I wake up in the morning. The button is fine it is just the chain and its junction point which is not as good as the previous nylon version
