United Kingdom | 06 February 2025Update - I've changed my mind. The software didn't work first time but recovered a whole host of images not really needed that wasn't what I needed. However on then using chkdsk to 'format' the device and take some blank images I retried and hey presto it worked. So not a complete waste of money and time. I got my images back. Thanks :) Remind me again why I don't do undertake photography as a profession when technology lets you down... the s/ware helped.

I literally made this purchase one month ago. I have all the proof I need to show I legitimately bought it and never used the code.

Canada | 03 February 2025I thought they were good company with good sofware, boy was I wrong on both accounts. I purchased the standard edition with a lifetime licence; but that not true because when I had to reset Windows, the 'LIFETIME' product key no longer worked when I went to register it again. STELLAR tried to SELL ME technical support for a 'LIFETIEME' product, I declined and gave their support a bad review; only after the bad review they sent me a new and different product key. I bet lots of people have wasted the $100 and never been able to use the software. now the really bad part: They must hae changed the deep scan option in the new version; because it's NOT THERE, and it's the ONLY USEFUL FEATURE OF THE SOFTWARE; It was trhe ONLY reason to buy it. The base scan will never find anything to recover.
