Ordered a VCR, online, from Electrovid and it arrived in excellent condition within two and a half working days. Appears fully functional and precisely what was needed to replace a very old, now dysfunctional, unit. My thanks to Electrovid.

I purchased a Toshiba DVR19 Combi Player in Sept 2019. That I was very happy with. My Father who is 79yrs of age also wanted the same Make & Model. That I obtained from Electrovid. There was a slight Fault on the Machine with the HDMI port with Audio Loss. The Scart-HDMI Converter worked well. Ryan was Very Supportive, and ensured that a Replacement Model was dispatched. I ordered a DVD player from Electrovid recently, and only after I'd placed the order did I check the Trustpilot reviews. I was alarmed at the amount of negative feedback and anxious about what I might get, BUT... I'm delighted to say the goods did arrive on time, in showroom condition, with all the neccessary accessories and attachments, and - most important - it worked! The only issue was a minor question about delivery, which Electrovid responded to within the hour. What more could you want?

We ordered a Combi DVD/VHS player. Unfortunately, the DVD side of the player didn't work. However, we contacted Electrovid to report this and with no questions asked, they sent us a replacement which arrived within 24 hours. Their service was brilliant and we can thoroughly recommend them.

Loads of good reviews here. My experience must've been a one off. Bought a VHS player with dvd to digital USB converter £80. Paid extra £10 for warranty (useless). The rewind button would only rewind for 25 seconds then the machine would turn off. As you can imagine very painful when trying to rewind tapes. Took over 2 months since my initial email for them to send out a replacement (after several email exchanges and excuses). The one they sent out was even worse than the first (it would shut down after seconds of being turned on). Have given up with them and will have to take the loss.

Bought a VHS player from Electrovid last week. Unit had a fault and I contacted them yesterday. Today I received a replacement which is excellent. Can't ask for more. And their units are reasonably priced.

I bought a video/DVD player from this company which on receiving it was faulty I sent it back to them for a refund and am still waiting for my refund nearly 3 weeks later, to them receiving it back do not buy from this company they just keep promising I will get it and fobbing me off.

I'm so impressed with this company, and would highly recommend them. I ordered a VHS player from them, fast despatch and arrived in time for Christmas, despite pandemic postal issues. Unfortunately the tracking or something had got knocked out of alignment in transit, so it didn't work. I called them up and they immediately offered to send a replacement with a free postage label to return the original. The replacement arrived 2 days later, and was in perfect condition. Thank you!

I have made two purchases from the Electrovid website, both of which had positive results. In the first I ordered a refurbished vcr recorder. Sadly, when it arrived with a "universal" remote handset, there were no instructions as to tuning, and I was unable to get it to operate properly. When I raised the problem, I was offered, and received, an immediate refund of the price, no questions asked. More recently I have purchased a Philips dvd recorder, to replace an older version (now defunct). The replacement was very similar to, though not identical too, the old one but as I was able to obtain a copy of the original Users Handbook, I have quickly been able to set it up and operate it successfully. Despite them being extremely busy the recorder was received, well packed and padded barely a week after ordering. A first class service all round.

Found a box of 50 VHS tapes decided they need to be put on DVD. Excellent service from the guys great product with good advice from the guys re which make. Now enjoying our memories after quick delivery. 👍

i received my dvd player on Friday and it is my second purchase from Electrovid, i have a lot of home movies to transfer from the 90s so the player is a great buy, and if and when the player has had its day i would buy another in a flash, Great Buy.

I ordered a VHS recorder Electrovid and it did not work so I contacted them and sent me a prepaid label to return it they sent replacement and it chewed the tapes up they sent another label to return it and I have received a refund very pleased with the service that I have had from

Excellent customer care and service. Always answer telephone calls promptly, helpful and positive response to all requests. The customer focused service is certainly the best I have experienced for some time and specifically over the last 6 months when COVID has been used incorrectly and unreasonably for very poor response times and the inability to talk directly to anyone about anything connected with the products or service when needing more than the broad marketing messages and contractual terms (which are often hidden within the detail on the website). It is very rare that I provide a public recommendation but I am very happy to do so for Ryan, Matthew and the team at Electrovid.

My first order with Electrovid, I ordered a VHS player. The order was dispatched and arrived very quickly. Un- fortunately the VHS did not have the connections I required, I contacted Customer support by phone the agent was more than helpful and agreed to replace the VHS with one that Had the connections I required; the replacement arrived the very NEXT day with a returns label for The unwanted player. Both VHS players were very well packed. I contacted customer support on three occasions via Email with a reply service that would put a lot of internet suppliers to shame. Speak as you find, a satisfied customer.

A complete waste of money sadly. The remote didn't work so my poor mum can't operate the DVD/VCR combi I purchased and despite promises another would be sent it never happened.
