Having been sent a VCR that did not work, I was told the item would be collected. After waiting in on MANY occasions over a period of 6 MONTHS,no collections were ever made, even after several E Mails from RYAN promised they would be. Were collections EVER organised?? I doubt it!. What a way to run a business.

A very friendly and professional service. Not only I purchased a VHS recorder at a very competitive price, I had also sent and had my faulty VHS recorder repaired by Electrovid at a very reasonable price. The VCR was great - looked and performs well. I realise the remote could be difficult as the original owners could have lost or damaged them, but you did your best to supply one that would work. I would be happy to buy from you again any time.

I was very impressed by Electrovid’s immediate response to my concerns at the VCR player initially received, including a SCART adaptor problem. They promptly forwarded a replacement player that also resolved the SCART fitting problems. Their excellent VCR to DVD conversion package is ideal for my requirements.

Just been in with my daughter and purchased a video recorder and i must say the customer service was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble even though we were only there for a short while. Habe unbrauchbares geliefertes Videogerät zurück gesandt, und nun nach 2 Monaten trotz mehrmaligen anmahnen mein Geld noch nicht zurück erhalten.

I have today recieved my VHS player and everything is in excellent working order. It came with a remote control which was complete with batteries. I had no problems with its installation and look forward to seeing my many tapes, some of which have great sentimental value. Many thanks Electrovid.

I needed a video player to play my family tapes I saw this company Electrovoid on the Amazon web site and ordered a Panasonic it came well packed and the player is in excellent condition I am very pleased with it so now I can view them without the expense of transferring them to disc

I bought a Panasonic VCR to play our old NTSC & VHS video tapes. I was most impressed by the ordering system. It was delivered quickly in careful packaging and, after downloading the operating manual, I set it up in no time at all. It was easy to operate and worked perfectly from the very beginning. Electrovid belie the adage: "If it's too good to be true, it probably is". They truly live up to their claims on their products and service and are incredibly good value for money. Look no further if you need a VCR!

The video player didn't turn up - courier reported 'unable to deliver' but never re-tried, didn't leave a card. Don't even think delivery (to the correct address) was attempted... Contacted electrovid - they said they'd investigate and call back; a week passed - nothing. Called again, said that it had 'just arrived back' and they'd refund within 48hours; two weeks passed - nothing. Emailed and asked where the refund was; said they had 'contacted Worldpay' and there had been a problem, would be refunded within 48hours - nothing. The payment wasn't even processed by Worldpay!! 48 hours and nothing again. Now pulling money back from credit-card company. Hope they charge-back the supplier. Either incompetent, or liars. Avoid.

The unit was delivered on time but was not in good order. I complained and the company took it seriously and arranged another unit. This was also supplied on time and was in good order. I was informed they looked at what went wrong and have put procedures in place for the future. The responses were quick and accurate and I thank Ryan for resolving my issue - which included free P&P to Belgium

I have recently been asked to review my experience with Electrovid. I ordered online via their website and i appear to have had a senior moment and ordered twice. When I noticed my mistake I emailed and only one was dispatched and I was refunded for the extra. On a brighter note the player we have received has given great joy to a lady of 94 who has now been able to play her old videos that show her holidays spent with her family and friends who have since passed away. Thanks for your service and I appreciate your understanding over my little mistake.

I ordered a vhs to DVD converter and is all I got after 10 days I received a second hand vhs recorder without remote - scratched and no.telephone number to call ! This is not what I paid for and no response from company to resolve ! Lost 75 pounds but I am reporting them to trading standards -/don't buy from this fraud site !!!! The reply is false - nobody has called me and the email is an automated response asking how satisfied I am and when you select bad or good it is comes up with forbidden! Customer service Ha what a joke !

Verspätete Lieferung eines VHS-Recorders, der nicht funktionstüchtig ist. Vor dem Öffnen rumpelte es heftig im Karton, was daran lag, das viel zu wenig Blasenfolie zur Abpolsterung verwendet wurde. Völlig unprofesionell Weder Lieferschein noch Rechnung im Paket, geschweige denn eine Bedienungsanleitung. Keine Antwort auf mehrere Anfragen über eMail. Inakzeptables Verhalten

Ich warte nun schon über eine Woche auf die Lieferung eines VHS-Recorder. Auf eine Reklamation hin bekam ich den Bescheid, dass der Versand bei DHL angemeldet wurde. Bei DHL ist unter der Sendungsverfolgung seit über 3 Tagen angegeben "die Sendung wurde elektronisch angemeldet". Ein Versand ist immer noch nicht erfolgt. Das verstehe ich nicht unter gutem Service. I have been waiting for delivery for more than a week. On a complaint I got the notice that the dispatch was registered at DHL. Now three days have passed, a shipment is still not done. I do not understand this under good service.

Ich hatte einen Kit bestellt (VHS auf DVD). Der Videorekorder funktioniert, der UBS Stick zur Datenübertragung leider nicht. Ich habe mehrmals versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen und nie eine Antwort bekommen. Schliesslich habe ich den USB Stick zurückgeschickt, aber bisher (nach ca. 6 Wochen) erfolgte keine Erstattung.

I recently ordered a Refurbished Panasonic vcr - the performance, both playback & record are excellent. I can, as many others i'm sure, watch again my classic films & documentaries, and relive those magical moments no longer available on DVD. The prompt delivery service is also worthy of a mention too as I placed my order & took delivery just 24 hours later.
