United Kingdom | 26 March 2016I purchased a VHS player from them and paid extra for the 48 hour delivery service. I rang them several times to find out what had happened to the machine, only to be given excuses. They then promised to refund me the postage, which they never did. The machine never arrived for 6 days. The machine that they then sent me, never worked correctly so I then sent it back. After ringing them again, they once again promised me a refund, in full this time. They received it 7 days ago, and I'm still waiting for the refund. I can only say what a waste of time

United Kingdom | 02 March 2016Ordered a VCR but when it arrived it was not a premium brand model as promised on their website and was faulty. I had to contact the company several times before they issued a return label then once the VCR was returned I again had to contact them several times to ask for a refund. Each time I was fobbed off with a different excuse and still have not received my money back. My card provider has now issued me with a credit for the amount paid but I would warn anyone against dealing with this company. As far I am concerned this is a scam and I am not the only one to report the same experience of receiving faulty goods then not receiving a refund for returned goods.

United Kingdom | 30 December 2015I ordered a VHS player to capture some old tapes to my PC. I asked for a player capable of outputting an S-video signal and received a reply saying that they would do this. The player arrived and did not have s-video capability (it took me a while to realise this). It came with a generic remote (which they say is the case), but this meant that accessing things like setup menus was not possible. Fortunately I had a universal remote I could programme to get around this. I contacted them about the lack of s-video and they said they'd send another player. There were delays getting the replacement and each time I contacted them, it took a while to get a reply and then there was always some excuse blaming the courier. I later learned these were lies because the player was only dispatched after the complaints. Incredibly the second player also had no s-video output. At this point I asked for a refund which they said they'd do once I returned the players. I had to chase for the refund. It was difficult to get any response and when I did I felt was being lied to again as they kept saying that the refund must not have "gone through". I had to threaten legal action at which point they organised a bank transfer. Avoid at all costs.
